Still not sure of your point. I don't think it should be up to the federal government where Buck decides to drop trou.

I only care about why men don't lift the damn toilet seat before they piss in the John. I absolutely hate having to wipe down someone's urine from the seat. Where are the federal laws regarding that?

It's a complex problem, I am not sure legislation is the answer. But certainly a fourth bathroom for the confused might help.

Well, let them have the "unisex" bathrooms then, and real men and women can then use the ones in which THEY identify. Besides, it's no one else's fault that they went under the knife, and now are something between man and woman. BTW, I think separate, but equal is a grand idea. In case you haven't noticed...the men's and women's bathrooms have been separate,....but equal for years. it worked great until now.

I'm atheist.

Transgenders are born with a brain that recognizes a gender opposite of their physical packaging.

There is nothing insane about it. It's physical. As God made them. If you believe in a God.

This isn't about transgender issues at all.

This incident is some power tripping "Mall Marine" throwing their weight around.
