Do you think Hillary Clinton could be indicted before the election and still become POTUS?

First of all, it is a possibility that Hillary Clinton could be indicted before the election. The Wall Street Journal‎, which is the most liberal major media outlet in America according to an independent study (see the link below), confirmed it.

Wall Street Journal‎: What If Clinton Gets Indicted?

We also have confirmation by something that knows no ideology, money. If you want an entirely unbiased view of the Clinton investigation, look at this:

Will a federal criminal charge be filed against Hillary Clinton in 2016?

According to that market, the current probability of a Clinton indictment by the end of this year is 29%.

It is possible that Hillary Clinton could be indicted before the election.

Do you think Hillary Clinton could be indicted before the election and still become POTUS?

After studying the situation, I believe she absolutely could win even if she were in jail at the time of the election. I've been studying the electoral college. There are enough states that will be blue no matter what (literally) that we could have the first president in history to be sworn in from a prison.

How do you see it?

No, and I say that because she is a "world citizen", and has too many people under her influence. Like all dictators, she is hated most, and because mostly she has control and access and for that people must pay for it. Also, once elected you'll see a very big change in the leadership in the military. Lots of early retirements.

I think it would be hilarious if she were to be indicted and the DNC thought that it was not a problem. They could push her into the nomination, against the wishes of the voters.

Then the House could impeach her on January 21st.

Then the Senate could try her and remove her from office.

BUT-

As we saw in the first line, the will of the people meaning nothing to the people in Washington, DC.

As I understand it, people in the military have been punished greatly for doing far less than Hillary.

That being said, anyone that thinks she will ever be prosecuted or see the inside of a prison cell are out of their mind (in my opinion).

a reply to: Profusion I'm honestly surprised some of these people are still walking around. I guess it kind of tips the hat to the Manchurian candidate conspiracy where the person truly deserving of the bullet doesn't get it, but the guy who speaks out against evil banksters, a rapist president, or corrupt business CEOs gets clipped by some guy blowing a red light or on a grassy knoll because some alphabet agency stooge whispered a secret word.

Joe Biden was Obamas best defense to an assassination attempt and the Clintons just killed everyone they thought would be a problem. I never understood why Soros, Rockefeller, Rothschild or any other globalist family hasn't been assassinated yet either. Knowing what these people do, its like they really are lizards.

What did she do? What has the FBI said?

If they had anything they would have done this already. Bernie wants those superdelegates. The length of time alone says they're having a tough time pinning anything on her.
Get ready for the FBI to drop the investigation.
Comey is dragging his feet to keep from saying this because he has a past grudge with her. His idea is to keep people talking about this to ruin her chances but we can all see how that's working out for him.

Off the top of my head.... she didn't turn over all of her e-mails upon request from the authorities.

She said things like (paraphrase), "Nobody wants to see e-mails about Chelsea's wedding or my yoga classes."

That wasn't her call to make. The moment she set up her server for WORK is the exact moment ALL correspondence going through that server became part of State Department files.

She simply has too many "friends" in high places to be thrown in jail. And too many people that blindly support her for the wrong reasons.

The wall street journal confirmed that there was a possibility? No one needed them to confirm that. But the WSJ title doesn't confirm anything it asks a question.

Where were those friends before this started? She's not getting off because of friends in high places. If it happens it's because they didn't find reasons to suggest a trial.

Having powerful friends doesn't prevent you from making mistakes; they prevent you from facing the consequences of those mistakes.

She did too. Matter of fact she volunteered them soooo. Next lie?
She didn't delete the other emails alone. Her staff did it along with her. Next lie?
Yes it was her call to make. Her personal life has nothing to do with matters of state. Next lie?
It was her private server remember that is the issue in the first place? All the emails going to it were for her but not all were for the state dept and her using her server for both doesn't make it state property. Nice try though.

But actually you missed the mark on the question because my point is that the FBI hasn't released one word of its findings but some people want to guess at what they're thinking.

That is the point. Once you mix personal with business it is ALL business. It is not up to her to decide which is which. That is why most normal people keep the two separate. That's why it shows terrible judgement on her part.

I'm not in politics but I do work on government contracts and that's why I never use my work e-mail account for personal stuff. Should there be a law suit, the entirety of my work account gets turned over.

Obviously I'm not going to convince you of anything nor do I really care to. Just like I won't be able to convince some other people that Trump does not, in fact, walk on water.

If you think Hillary is honorable and trustworthy, be my guest.

She may get referred for indictment from the FBI to the DOJ...but AG Loretta Lynch and the DOJ will drag out making the decision to prosecute until after the election.
