Unbeknownst to the people of the city, there lay a magical land beyond the forest line.

In this land a very old book, bound in leather and pages colored with age, could be found if one were too look for it. It is said though, that only those with kindness of heart and souls of gentle spirit can actually open it to read.

This book contains the written history of the Shedlands.

Tales of magic and words of wisdom are woven throughout the book. Great battles between good and evil, magic potions, and recipes to delight the taste of any palate. Tales of love and sad hearts, and stories of funny adventures.

This book is alive and not a day goes by without the many entries of the Shedittes. People and creatures, great and small, capable of flying high in the sky, and to the depths of the seas. Loving and gentle souls and some that lost their way.

If you were to venture into this wood looking for the book and weren't a soul of kind heart, you would probably only see a simple tree and pass it by. Little would you know this tree grows from the book of all the stories told and yet to be told.

If you are of kind heart and a loving soul, and not looking for the book, you would see a great and mighty tree. Branches reaching to the sky so high you couldn't see where they ended. You may find yourself just wanting to sit against it and gaze upwards at its magnificence.

You may also wonder why you smell something that seems as if it was just baked.
Looking around to try and locate the smell, you may be quite surprised to find a box of donuts by your side....
