My second shift was 3 pm till 11 pm. Paid lunch! We worked till twelve a lot. But we liked to do twelve hour shifts! They would ask if we wanted some overtime, and we'd usually say hell yah! But we wanted the 12 hours instead of ten. Why not, since we clocked out so late anyway, what was two more hours!!
We got daily overtime pay. Anything after 8 was time and a half, and anything over that was double pay, daily!! Didn't have to wait for the 40 hours mark!! It rocked!!!

That place is collapsed?!?! WTF?! I was living there when the rolling stones played! Did'nt see them sadly, but we stood outside for a while and listened to them play! There was a fenced in area where they put all the contriband from the concert goers. We jumped the femce and grabbed a lot of stuff! Flasks and bottles of booze, pills, and some bags of, well can't say, but You catch the drift!? LMAO!!!

OK guys getting ready to head home for the day. I hope everyone has a great weekend! I will be popping in and out this weekend.

We will be busy busy this weekend. Tonight I am going to get my great-niece and she is going to stay the night with us tonight. Tomorrow my nephew has his graduation party, then Sunday we are having memorial picnic for Jack. So if I don't pop in it is just because real life got too busy.

This was such a great post and message. Just wanted to make sure I responded to this, because it was quite moving. You can paint such a picture with your words my friend.

So much so, I secretly dipped my toes in the chocolate pool while nobody was looking, until I had to run as I saw the great shadow of the dragon getting in position too drop a great heated bomb! The abort alarm scared me!


Q, as well as others, my thoughts are with you as well. I'm sure it is all feeling a bit surreal at the moment, but it will all be over as quickly as a Thanksgiving dinner I'm sure. So long to prepare and so quickly finished. I'm guessing you will learn as much as Clownfish did when your day is over. Just know in your heart we are all there with you in spirit.
