I did the best I could. I don't think it was so much streak, but just the movement. I didn't see any contrail or none that I could catch anyway. Like I said, I don't really have the right stuff to work with to do this justice.



eta: I also didn't want to stretch it to fill the frame. This is pretty much what I got just from zoon and print screen

It is interesting that the streak should have continued, if it was due to movement of the object. I suppose movement of the camera coupled with that in the same direction could be a possibility. It is still interesting. Thanks!

You know I keep watching it and it does "streak" but it almost seems like it had just popped in. Has almost that look of what Star Trek would have when it hit warp speed away from the camera, only this is coming towards it.

Lol sounds silly I know, but it is the only thing I can think of that it resembles the most. I'll keep trying to catch it, just in the middle of a couple other things at moment

Almost looks like when a jet breaks the sound barrier, the little donut ring...

Ok, I had some time today to try and break the video down better to see what we can see. Took all the naughty stuff out of it so we can focus on just the ufo part.

What's on that video is not going to break the blinking sound barrier, it's a drone, I will add the caveat that it could well be an FBI dirigible style drone/UAV keeping an eye on things, some local agent spooked them a while back about drugs, and they did make a couple of minor arrests that will likely come to nothing, but no major drug barons about.

However, it is something to worry about, have a gander at this picture of the surveillance during the Baltimore riots, (2016 that is)

FBI, DHS, NG, Police, maybe regular specialist troops, control airship/s and probably CIA doing a bit of pot stirring on the ground. The airship could be listening to your cellphone/mobile say a catchment area of a hundred miles, any other air surveillance...scout drones, whatever doing the visual watching, and.....all of them working together. Scary stuff!

That thing was booking it, and does not appear to be a drone, and certainly not a blimpy thing.
The streak is important, as onehuman pointed out, it appears to just come in from nowhere.

It looked fairly slow as something that could be relatively low flying, a quadcopter how ever is blindingly fast in the same quarter. Anyway it's moot now since the OP video has got the shove sort of? BTW the video is featured here a good while back

Back on topic, it's on the screen for such a short period of time, and considering the possibility of video interlacing, it could be anything. Interlacing could result in parts of an object to disappear on the video, and create ghost parts of an object that really aren't there. That makes if difficult to judge based on 1 or 2 seconds of video.

meh nothing new, people taking drugs & drinking & smoking and following a certain type of music... seen it many times over the years

Krustys, Ravers, etc etc

but looks like a Drone to me, probably the government keeping an eye on them instead of Raiding the place
