I'm suspicious that a demon/ demon child may be terrorising my in-laws (a current true life drama)

Hi guys.

Can I share with you a freeky recent personal experience, last night recent.

My wife just told me this. This is the story she told me tonight that I'm sharing.

A bit of background: we live on a property that has a house and a granny flat. My wife's sister and husband and three young son's and her dad live in the main house and I live in the granny flat with my wife and her 11 year old daughter.

There has been a few times where my wife has seen an apparition in the main house. It has blonde hair and is male and reminds her of her brother although he is not dead or anything but its been a few years since the last sighting. My wife's sisters two elder sons 7 and 5 used to wake up with what we call 'night terrors'. They would wake up in the middle of the night screaming and just scream and scream. My wife's sister often to this day has the same nightmare where she becomes 'aware' of a presence and it paralyzes her with fear and all she can do is gasp and moan slightly and then her husband will normally wake up and wake her up. If she's alone then it might take her a while but she eventually breaks out of the paralysis. I myself have had one nightmare where I was confronted by an apparition on the property driveway during the day and as it started to approach me I let out a loud fearful moan which actually woke up my wife.

But what happened last night really freaks me out. My wife's sister had one of her nightmares and her husband woke her up she then went straight back to sleep then she told my wife she saw a small child coming towards her and she thought it was her youngest son a three year old but as it got closer she said she saw it wasn't her son but it was like this demon toddler.

Then last night she woke up in the middle of the night to the shrieking of her 3 year old shouting 'Mommy come get me, mommy come get me!' She got to him to find him sitting up and clutching his pillow as if frightened. So obviously she asks him what's wrong John? (name changed to protect identity) and he says to her (I get cold shivers when I think of this) 'The baby sitting on bob's chest (name changed to protect identity) is scaring me.' Him and his 5 year old brother share a room. The seven year old has his own room.

So after the mother has a dream of a demon toddler a few nights later she's woken to her three year old's cry's of 'Mommy come and get me.' After which the three year old tells her the baby sitting on his brothers chest is scaring him. Also the brother who the baby had been sitting on had just come back from hospital THAT day with a cast on his arm as he'd broken his arm the previous day after he'd jumped off a swing and landed badly.

So who or what is this mysterious demon toddler and why does he seem to be tormenting my in-laws and their kids?

If anything else happens I will post again. For now I'm just going with some sort of strange coincidence but the words from the three year old who woke up, 'Mommy come get me, mommy come get me!' Still haunt me. 'THE BABY SITTING ON MY BROTHERS CHEST IS SCARING ME.' - there are no baby's in the house...

Looks like we might have a genuine haunting on our hands. God have mercy.

Update: my wife said that she also had the nightmare that brought the paralysis when she used to stay in the main house she said she also used to be very involved in witchcraft.

I remember being scared in my bedroom and calling out for my Dad. It was something genuine. I saw what looked like a spinning key (a big 0--M) shape flying round my lampshade that hung from the center of the ceiling (the windows was open at the time). It was actually creating it's own glow and cast a shadow of the lamp cable. When Dad turned on the light it flew straight towards the wall. Decades later, I had the same experience and it was one of those doodlebugs or burrowing bugs.

We've also had stray cats enter our house and sleep on our bed. Could this apparition be a cat with dark fur?

Please get the kids out of that house.

Thanks but for security concerns the in-laws always keep doors and windows locked so doubtful it was a cat.

Why? Shouldn't we wait to see if it happens again or if anything else unusual happens before we take any sort of drastic actions?

Because what you described is not an everyday type of ghost or haunting.
This is interacting malevolently with a child.

According to the story...the child with the broken arm...was the one with the entity on it's chest?

This is how these darker entities operate. Misfortune will continue to befall the child it selects...it will move to the other...and then the adults.
There will be more disharmony in your family...more arguing and intense emotional responses. This is how these things gain power.

Maybe get a priest to come in and bless the house? Sounds like you could have an infestation.

Or, you can visit a Catholic Church and get some holy water and sprinkle it in all the rooms and see what happens.

You are right but I'm still going to just wait. No point in freeking out just yet. If it happens again or if some of the things you say happen then I might start thinking about taking this seriously until then I'm going to just this occurance is psychological (maybe some sort of mind link between mother and son or some sort of strange coincidence) other than an actual haunting with molevelent intentions. I hope.

I have a question.. Is there any way of getting one of these just for the mother in law, Without getting anyone else involved?

Plenty of good demon fighting tips on the Internet. You need a pentagram ring to freeze it, so you can get its name. Once you get the name, you can determine which angel you need to control it. After that, you need to get some kind of bota bag or other non-plastic water container so you can trap the demon and keep it from infesting any nearby animals or people.

Try to figure out a good use for it. You can turn a demon infestation into something surprisingly positive if you just do your homework, establish the proper handling protocols, and don't get infected yourself.

My parents used to be convinced the house I lived in when I was a young child was haunted, because of very similar occurrences.

I actually still have a faint memory to this day of being a young kid (around 4 years old, I think) and waking up to the sound of a loud scratching noise, then looking under the bed curiously searching for the source, then my little brother woke up and started screaming well pointing at the window... I looked to where he was pointing and there was this evil looking humanoid face with a bright red nose staring into our bedroom, which obviously got me petrified and screaming in fear.

The thing is, even though as an adult I can still see an evil humanoid type face staring into the window when I think of that memory, I'm pretty sure it was just my young over active & creative mind playing tricks on me... in reality, it was probably just a possum.

The kid in the OP probably just has an over active mind. The shape of a pillow on his brothers bed probably just looked like a human to him, in the faint moonlight.

The parents are probably contributing to his over active imagination, by letting it freak them out... lol.

How do I turn a demon infestation into something positive?

I would contact a local church to see if anyone will help you. Maybe even a simple blessing of the house

I wasn't trying to panic you or make your life harder. I was only going by what you said as evidence.
Maybe there is a simple and innocent explanation for all of the elements you've relayed...however, what you HAVE shared represents a 'perfect storm' of evidence for a dark entity (not a ghost)...trying to create disunity, chaos and misfortune in the family to it's own benefit.
Ultimately, if it gets powerful enough, it will try to cause accidents and will endeavor to harm the family.

These types of things...while rare...are almost impossible to rid from a home. Leaving is always the best option...especially where young children are present.

Thanks I hope this is just the case but my wife says she's seen just too much in that house to dismiss this as something not strange. She says that over the years there have been two seperate people on two seperate occasions who refused to even enter the house due to what they discribed as an 'evil' feeling or presence.

My wife says a group of satanists used to hang out on a path next to the house and stare at her. Se says they might have something to do with it but they were last seen years ago.

As I get deeper in the story the more disturbing it gets, still might all just be the product of creative and hyped up imagination. I know people can convince themselves of things that don't exist. All I had was the one nightmare of an appiritian which strangely enough was also a child.

I'm just hoping the whole thing goes away as I don't really have time for demons and hauntings right now or ever for that matter. Its all a bit inconvienient.

Soooooo thats happening at your in-laws? Most people wouldn't find a huge problem with that....some might even pay for that....I know I would.

Seriously homie, get a clergyman to roll through and bless the entire house. First it may help to get a medium or someone who talks to ghosts to figure out what the sh*t is going on there. You may find that its not too bad.

Then you want to videotape the preacher as he blesses the house....this may come in handy...if its evil it will not like baby Jesus being mentioned through the house and will let you know this. You may also pick up actual evidence you can sell to make money for moving as far away as possible.

In these situations you have to be a little pragmatic...

If no one is hurt though try to reclaim the house....

Maybe it will help teach to be positive and loving when facing a very negative experiance.

Like others have said, it may feed off negative emotion. It may try to bring out bad feelings and emotion within you. Learning to deal with someone or something's bad vibes may be a positive experiance.

It also may help to just get someone who deals witht these things.

Its ok I get where your'e coming from. From what you say these things build up power and don't have a lot of power to start with so before it gets too strong or before these things happen I will remove that family but is it not also true that whatever entity it is will just follow?
