Do helicopters take off from carriers ONLY when there is a UFO to investigate?

What if this helicopter just took off for normal training maneuvers or a normal patrol, and was simply being filmed doing so?

Considering the only carrier that the Osprey currently operate from regularly are assault carriers that are almost exclusively helicopters, AV-8Bs, and V-22s that's a pretty good possibility.
