You have this issue backwards. Transgender people look like the opposite sex. The law you support would actually promote people who look like men walking into the women's restroom.
Also, come to Los Angeles some time and I'll take you to WEHO, NOHO, Vine street, Sunset at night...and we'll see how many "Trannies" we can spot.
Hint : There's a lot. And many are NOT feminine. They're on drugs. They have multiple mental issues. They're broke. And they aren't fully 'transitioned'
Cross dressers and Drag Queens are not transgenders.
Gender Dysphoria is recognized as a medical condition. Not an act.
Wait. So it's either a medical condition (and therefore could fall under mental illness), or it's what they've always been since birth. Which is it Annee?
Gender is in the brain. The brain tells you who you are. Sometimes the brain and physical packaging don't match.
Gender Dysphoria is listed on purpose as a medical/mental condition specifically so that insurance will cover the needs to transition (if so desired).
Gender is biological. A chemical imbalance is whats telling someone they feel different.
Gender is in the brain. It is how the brain is wired. Not likely a chemical imbalance.
Sex, your sex organs are your physical parts.
Can you prove that it's not?
I go by what the professionals specializing in transgender and transgenders themselves say.
Recently there was suggestion that transgender brains scans are different. But, I think that's newish - - so needs more time.

I thought what Gavin Mcinnes said on the topic was both funny and correct.
"Transgender isn't a thing. You can't go out and become a bat or go out and become a giraffe. It's not something you can go buy off a shelf."
What you can do is alter yourself biologically to an extent but mother nature always wins and mother nature decided whether you were going to be a male or female. There's no changing that. Essentially, there's far more what makes a male biologically than whether you remove the penis and get breast implants.
It's basically window dressing.
Exactly.
It will also be quite some time before science finds a way to give working reproductive organs..

We've had transgender people using bathrooms without anyone noticing for years. And we do work and take care of families. Try again.

I dunno.
They're very close to an artificial womb.

You aren't very good at reading are you? I believe I mentioned that bit ... what do you think that part about "the old way" meant. It was precisely my point. There are two transgenders in those photos, but because they look the part, you apparently missed my point entirely or something.
... or you just didn't bother to read.
Yeah, because it was a one in a million shot you'd run into one right?

Actually that's in a way is the truth. This issue is way overblown by the far right. Much ado about nothing.

All he did was reminding us of the SCOTUS ruling. You remember the Constitution?
A research project in America in 2014 stated children become aware of their gender identity by age 3 to 5, and a report in the UK yesterday said children as young as 3 were being treated at gender transition clinics.
Matthews said the dilemma of which bathroom to use was huge for transgender children.
An increasing number of parents were seeking support and advice for their young transgender children, Matthews said. He fielded about two calls a month from parents struggling because their school wasn't supportive. Issues included gender-specific uniforms or teachers unsupportive with name changes.
"Some children leave that school and start at a new school with their preferred identity, especially if the previous school is not supportive."
Katrina Casey from the Ministry of Education said unisex bathrooms were becoming common at schools and there were no separate boys and girls toilets in new builds.
"Our standard design is for individual self-contained bathrooms that can be used by either gender," she said.
Casey said unisex toilets made good sense as "they're versatile."
Last year the ministry revised sexuality education guidelines which included the suggestion of gender-neutral uniforms and a review of toilet spaces.
Earlier this year, two Wellington secondary schools decided to fit gender-neutral bathrooms for students who felt uncomfortable using "male" or "female" bathrooms.
Wellington High School has already transformed its boys' bathroom into gender-neutral facilities and Onslow College is about to do the same, spending thousands of dollars to convert an old block of girls' toilets.
When did the minorities of this country, and I mean EXTREME minority of this country overpower the majorities?
THERE IS NO MORE FREEDOM IN THIS COUNTRY
They made a choice to hold on to the past and what was right than to bow down to the needs of the very few and now they are punished for it. It's the typical school bully scenario.
