Negative headlines about Clinton’s e-mails have seemed to be reaching critical mass in recent days. On Monday, the State Department revealed that it couldn’t find any e-mails from Bryan Pagliano, Clinton’s senior I.T. staffer when she was secretary of state. Pagliano had been responsible for setting up Clinton’s private server in the basement of her home in Chappaqua, making his testimony and communications central to the F.B.I. probe into any potential wrongdoing, yet four years’ worth of his e-mails had mysteriously disappeared. (A spokesperson later clarified that some number of his e-mails had been recovered from other accounts.) On Tuesday, The New York Times published an article detailing how Clinton’s State Department regularly used unclassified government networks to communicate and send classified e-mail to each other, and noted that Clinton’s private e-mail server was weakly protected compared even to these already insecure networks. The same day, The Washington Post reported that top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and her lawyer had walked out of an interview with an F.B.I. investigator when she was asked questions “that her lawyer and the Justice Department had agreed would be off limits.” And on Wednesday, F.B.I. Director James Comey forcefully pushed back against the euphemistic characterization of the probe by Clinton and her allies as a “security inquiry,” telling reporters that it is indeed an F.B.I. investigation. He declined to say whether the federal probe was “criminal.”

Is it time for the Sanders supporters to start counting their delegates? Never count a delegate until they've voted!

I realize that other news outlets are reporting that the e-mail investigation is going nowhere. But, the article above makes a decent case, I think it's worth considering.

Personally, I would love to see Sanders versus Trump. It would be the greatest political show of all time. The debates would be unforgettable.

Especially considering the following:

All Pagliano's emails are missing, uh? Typical Clinton modus operandi-----they eat all their cookie crumbs before anybody can follow the trail.

Comey is going to have to earn his money on this one.

If we're lucky the FBI will drop the indictment after the convention. Just imagine the screaming on the left if Hillary drops out and someone other than Bernie becomes the candidate. Or even if Bernie gets the nod if it's in Sept. or Oct. he may not be able to put a proper campaign in place.

Trump wins. That's a newspaper headline.

The FBI won't be able to drop the indictment. Hillary is crooked and the American People know it....even her supporters know it. There will be no screaming from the left. Joe Biden and his running mate, Elizabeth Warren, will pacify the screamers when they ride in on their White Horse to save the day!

Over the next eight weeks we will see what Mrs.Clintons staff have to say about her email setup.

Based on what they say Mrs.Clinton may have to testify too.

Hopefully nobody else will need the protection of the Fifth Amendment.

What I can not understand is how so many can endorse Hillary? One would think that the investigation alone would be driving people to distance themselves from her.

en.wikipedia.org...

They are going to face some fallout when Hillary goes down. Unless they are assuming that she won't be indicted, because they are used to living in their untouchable ivory towers, just as she is.

Notice how many newspapers are on her endorsement list. No wonder it takes the ones like Vanity Fair to say what the others deny.

I have been saying for months that, IMO, Hillary will be indicted and ditched...and that Biden will re-emerge as the Democrat nominee. Here's what Joe said just the other day...

Note that he says:

1) He would be the best President
2) That he "wasn't" ready to run for President a few months ago when he elected not to launch his campaign...not that he "isn't" ready now.

Obama's best shot at a continuation of his dubious legacy, is to have Biden step into his shoes (Hillary is giving lip service to his priorities and record at best). If Joe is now ready to go...the FBI makes a recommendation, the Justice Department will proceed with charges, Clinton is out, Biden is in - and Sanders is (still) out in the cold.

I totally agree. The tea leaves aren't really that hard to read, are they? Biden has been traveling overseas in recent weeks acting all presidential. Bye bye, Hillary. Your game is over. And, Mr. Trump, Biden won't be as easy to beat as Hillary. His fetish for smelling girls' hair is benign, methinks.
