Yeah, I tinkled a bit at thought only because I know it's attainable. Might require a little bit of cheddar, but as you know we have had many of those members here for AMA's and/or had dinner with members here. Maybe we can coerce some people to pull strings eh?

The OP is located in the conspiracy forum..I clicked your thread anticipating a conspiracy topic...

It's nothing of the sort..

Your thread is in the wrong forum....

I was mildly let down....but no biggie

I do agree, though. The AMA went well..I was surprised, after the Tom Delonge debacle.

One thing I had confirmed today....We have far crazier members that make Mr Icke look boring.

What did you guys think of the David Icke AMA?

Was not conviced it was a good idea initially but after following this AMA from start to end I think it was an excellent idea, so hats off to ATS management for this event.

After having heard lot of "things" about Icke, it have allowed me to make an opinion by myself about the guy.

It would be epic.

But in my opinion it takes a bit of "chutzpah" to "compare notes" on ATS. Not everyone has the personality for it.

sorry is this the same guy.

the guy after a quick google search revealedless than favorable articles about him going back to the late 90s and all his ludicrous and abominable claims.

is this the same guy....
sorry do a quick search and dont click on spurious websites, click on more reputable ones, or the ones with a modicum of credibility.

should i do 'research ' on him and post what i find...or is he a ATS savior now who is seen in a good light and he was just misunderstood bla bla bla

He's a very highly advanced soul, call him and a few others, Big Wings!

I still think he's nutty, but I did appreciate him taking so much time and actually answering questions. I'm more familiar with AMAs on Reddit, and they're usually just a poo show with only softball questions being answered. CAN WE TALK ABOUT RAMPART!

Glad people were polite, if only out of respect for SO and Springer (that's why I recused myself anyway). Really cool they set this up for everyone to enjoy!

Waste of time.

If a person speculates about a species called the 'Archons' and cannot answer a simple question of; "is the name Archons an alias for the Djinn", with a simple 'yes' or 'no', then why come up with the new age name 'Archons' in the first place ?

So he either knows that the connection is true yet keeps silent because the truth is dangerous
or
He says that these creatures exist and doesn't know where they originated from.

I want to express my personal view, and I don’t want to offend anybody.

As for me, D.I. is one of the entrepreneurs on this conspirological-esoteric-whatever-else market. And his AMA is a typical promo.
It is so sad to see how people buy the stuff like that. Their passion to knowledge was locked in the model they had been sold. And now they live and think within the imposed model, believing that now they KNOW (by the way, the same goes for D.I. himself).
P.S. Of course, there are some sensible ideas in his words, as everywhere. The question is, what it is sold with (and why).

There are genuine researchers and than there are snake oil salesman. Sometimes, after having spent a few years of your life researching a topic you do need a return on your investment. If they couldn't sell the book than they couldn't invest the time to research requiring them to seek a 9to5. Than there are others who seek money and only that.

Aside from his regurgitated conspiracy theories, I was wondering how and why he decided that his past mental breakdown was actually a break through in conscious awareness (these are mutually exclusive) - considering he and we still have no evidence to substantiate his specific theories.

That's what super crazy people do, you haven't seen that thread with the cloud formations predicting world events? Hey I think these folks bring flavor to the world.

Eccentric humor, so long as they aren't suffering then why not?

I was thinking you'd reply with 'rocky road'. But, what harm can it do or what could go wrong...famous last words.

Look I'm sure there aren't lizard people, and I laugh at the idea, and the guys who read the tea leaves in the clouds, I always suggest to seek help if it's causing suffering of any kind and honestly a lot of times it's a mental disorder but some people just have a lens on the world that while different and silly isn't always negative so I'll tolerate it to an extent. But yes those are the famous last words aren't they?

Some of his theories may have merit, such as future chip implants in the brain, but even here, there is no evidence to substantiate the claim of 'big brother' mind control/social engineering, and I keep a watchful eye on the radiation readings. So, let them eat their particular flavour of cake, I say, but don't expect me to swallow it.
