Four stabbed in Munich! 1 man is dead. Perpetrator shouts Allahu Akbar

Not much on this as is just breaking. Four stabbed on public transport and 1 confirmed dead. Daily Express is reporting there are conflicting reports that perpetrator was asylum seeker. With the far right already on the rise in Germany this is going to make things far worseI would think.

It has been confirmed the perpetrator was 27 year old German National and not asylum seeker as early reports said.

Rather more worrying is the fact that this happened at 5.00am but apparently news didnt come out until 3 hours later. The prosecutors are alleged to have tried to put a black out on events. Reuters is reporting that questions will be asked as to why the news took so long to come out.

I know I have seen that reported this morning. It seems our Government are definitely expecting something big soon as they appear to be upping security. Mamy Police are also being trained in using firearms so they can be used in a terrorist situation. Dont know why they dont just lock up the ones who they know have returned from Syria after fighting with ISIS instead of letting them roam freely.a reply to: SprocketUK

What is illuminating about this nasty piece of work is that he stabbed a news seller in the back. What an evil little horror. I am sorry he wasn't shot at the scene because when he goes to jail, he will do his level best to convert other idiots to his nasty cause.

My condolences to the people and their families involved. Presumably they were slogging off to work to support some of these people who often make themselves unemployable, if they are anything like the pink bearded blanket wearers we have over here.

Nope, there is no Angst!
Just because of one lunatic with a knife in munich, why should i live in fear in cologne? Right, cologne, where the New Years Eve events happened, and after that nothing more. And never before, but on that day it happened in several cities across germany. And now the officials are fighting against each other, call each other a liar and stuff.

I said from day one that the NYE events in cologne 2016 were staged, guided. Because you can see how this was used to change the german "welcome" policy to that policy the right wingers like more. Without any Merkel and Co losing their face, because what will you do, "all muslims are evil", especially those from marocco, algeria and tunesia, since 01.01. 2016(not before!!!).

Somehow there were too less cops at the spot in cologne, at a NYE, so as we are told there was no chance to stop the happenings there...
I live in cologne, wear some sneakers and a hoodie and try to pass the mainstation on a normal(!) day without getting checked by those superherocops. Or sit down somewhere in cologne to smoke some joints with your buddies, not often it happened that we were surrounded by up to 8 police cars and 20 cops. It seems that weedsmokers are a greater threat for the citizen of cologne than a drunken bunch of maghreb freaks...

"They" staged, guided it, as maybe they staged the knife event now, because nothing really happens in germany, and there is no german angst(maybe at the "besorgte Bürger" in east-german redneck land, AfD voters xD). So if nothing happens, how will you make the people continue to give away their freedoms for "security"? How will you change from a "welcome" policy to a not welcome anymore policy, if not "bad and evil muslims from the maghreb states" touch german girls, rob their spyPhones, while the police is doing nothing, and later lying about everything what happened there?

On the other side, there are more and more people out on the streets, which before 20 years would have been kept behind walls in lunatic asylums, now more and more of these time bombs run around free. But in the moment the first news came in about the knife attack, the first i heared was: He screamed Allahu Akbar...

I had to laugh a bit, it happened no 10 minutes before, somewhere near munich, but they knew that the guy screamed Allan Snackbar. So victims or bystanders called this news agency to tell that em the guy screamed Allahu Akbar? How do they ever know in seconds and tell the whole world about it, what those lunatics screamed? It´s like:

Step three, a more new one, because step two gets too old, a testament was found on a pc...

German national or not it is the ideology behind the attack that should be looked at, and it is claimed he made comments at the scene. "apparently an Islamist motive” but the paper is stating Political?? whatever that means.

Sadly yet again we have what looks like a young man who by all accounts was raised in the west who has taken it upon himself to kill in the name of a religion of peace.

Stabbed seems to hurt less than shot but I'm not sure which one does the more damage. Knives are scary.

Exactly. Knife attacks in Israel don't actually kill that many people (less in two years than one bus or disco bomb in the mid 90's) but it does drive fear and division into society, which is all the radicals want.
