See, there you go talking about the constitution and due process...which has nothing to do with whether either of the Clintons are criminals.

Actually, it does. That is how our government is designed to stop the mob from engaging in witch hunts...or genocide.

We all understand what is required to actually prosecute someone...and the more power you wield the more evidence is required to put you behind bars. Stop speaking in absolutes..as if the criminal justice system treats everyone equally.

I agree. Good point. But if you want to change that inequality, you have to be the change and treat people equally, regardless of you own political or personal motivations.

Really, that is what the Government is designed for? I have to disagree with you there. Perhaps that is what the government now does best, though..making criminals out of everyone and only the government gets get to punish, if they so decide(I bet you can't go a week without breaking one of the 1 million plus laws on the books).

I did not need a conviction to understand that there was absolutely enough evidence to convince me of OJ's guilt(for murder). Due process does not determine if someone is a criminal or not....it only allows for a "fair" and "speedy" trial.

Perhaps if even once Bill or Hillary were put on trial (by their peers)then your remarks would hold just a little water. People like the Clintons are already above due process. They are not above public scrutiny, though.

I don't have to mince my words either..OJ is a murderer. There is enough evidence to support that claim. Although, there will never be proof.

This is brilliant.
I can see it being very effective, and don't think
going to court is going to help Shillary in her cause.

How many court cases does she have going already,
not to mention the FBI.

You know, if Bill is guilty every time he lies about these
women, it is character defamation. Thats why the Klintons
turn tail and run away when people bring this up.

I think they still have The Clinton Defence Fund open for donations since the 90's?

Not sure but she sure could use it now!

The Clinton Foundation will cover it.

Unless they get their assets frozen and are part of the corruption charges.

Would not doubt it, poor bubba so broke out of the white house.

Dead broke. That 850 k they paid Jones might have had
something to do with it. Some folks have no shame.

Man, I’m really outta place in this thread. Obviously everyone else around here is pure as the driven snow, has impeccable moral credentials, honorable ethical standards and has only had sex within the confines of holy matrimony. What model citizens; perfect in every way.

As one poster put it regarding Hillary, ”...she should have learned her lesson and started being ethical and honest..”. Ethical and honest like Donald Trump, eh? Hmmm... OK...

It’s hillarious when you listen to some of the spiteful, venomous things that disgusted Republicans said about Trump just recently, and then listen to them now that he’s become the Chosen One. Talk about an about face! One minute they’re wishing for him to burn in Hell, and the next they’re kissing his ass. What a joke!!

You complain about how awful things have been the past 8 years in America. Well, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Just wait til your taxes go up to support that new wall that’s going up on the border, and to pay for the expense of the mass deportation of immigrants, and to fund the expansion of our military role in the ME. And just wait til the job losses begin to pile up under the new Trumponomics Plan. One thing I’m really looking forward to is when Trump allows America to default on it’s debt. Hallelujah!! Happy days are here again!!

Must be something in the water. Gotta be. Oh well, let the good times roll...

PS: Oh yeah, one thing’s for sure. We can all sleep well at night knowing the launch codes are in the right hands. If we play our cards right, we could turn the ME into one big American amusement park. Whoopee!!

Trump will lose this battlefront around treating women poorly...and he will lose badly. His advisors have to know this, so this has to be empty threats by his campaign.

It's a bad fight for him to pick IMO.

I think you missed the point of the Trump attacks. He is hitting Hillary for going after the women Bill abused or had affairs with. She recently said that women deserved to be believed, yet she humiliated and attacked women in defense of her husband.

By the way - the Epstein related child sex allegations have been discredited. The 'woman' who made the allegations does not even exist. It's Bill who will have to account for all his visits to Epsteins 'Peado Island'.

Oh I get the line of attack...I just think it is really, really stupid one strategically..

Trump has to defend against a history that includes actual lawsuits claiming rape and sexual harassment...and that is just before all the women come out of the wood-work to accuse him...whether truthfully or not...it happens to every candidate.

Hillary just needs to defend...uhh what? Believing her husband? Being cheated on? Not believing the women who said her husband had an affair with them etc.? Being in the wrong in defending her husband?

Who do you think women will sympathize and side with on that particular battlefront?

It is a massively losing strategy for Trump and he will emerge from that particular battle even farther behind than he is now with women.

Trumps numbers dived when he went after Cruz's wife...going after HRCs husband?

Just my 2 cents..My guess is that his advisors will abandon this strategy quickly..but if not we can find out who is right in real-time.

You may be right that it could hurt Trump more... it's difficult to judge because it's usually less about the revelation and more about how far a candidate has to fall in the polls. If it gets messy, Clinton may find her voters are easier to dislodge than Trumps.

A lot depends on how far the Clinton's want to push it.... If they do then Trump will hit back and all the Clinton's dirty laundry will come out, not just rape allegations against Bill and Hillary's attacks on the women who accused Bill of rape.

I don't think there are any lawsuits against Trump for rape are there?

Bill Clinton was impeached, cheated on his wife, lied about it etc...and still emerged as one of the most liked Presidents of all time. Any dirty laundry that has any hope of swaying voters has already been aired...people used to call Bill Clinton "Bullet Proof" for how well he survived scandal...

I don't think there are any lawsuits against Trump for rape are there?

I gave links above...

His Ex-Wife claimed rape in court papers
A business associate's wife gave testimony and filed a lawsuit claiming rape..
Some anonymous woman filed a claim with the courts recently saying Trump raped her when she was 13...that looks like tabloid nonsense.

No current suits I am aware of (apart from the recent one that looks squirelly) ..But once the street fight starts in earnest, I expect their to be more women coming out of the woodwork (true or not).

It's not a fight Trump should pick IMO.

Yes...She is guilty of staying married to man that had an affair...

Rip her to shreds for for that on the national stage and see how the womens vote feels about it...

She wont even have to respond, she can just let the votes roll in.

All politics aside this is the stupidest strategy I have heard from the Trump campaign yet..

No she is guilty of attacking women who claimed Bill raped or sexually assaulted them, then later telling everyone that women should be believed if they accuse someone of rape, just so she could pander for the women's vote. That's all.

Let's wait and see how it pans out - Hillary is going to be under constant attack with one scandal after another brought into the mainstream for a new audience to consume. I am starting to think the Super delegates are going to desert her and it will be Trump vs Sanders. Sanders does much better against Trump than Hillary does.

Funny thing about jurisprudence in the US ... people are due a fair trial.

Lawyers defend who they're assigned to defend. They would be disbarred if they didn't.

All this furor over an elderly lady in a pantsuit.

Goodness.

Right.....

But does this evil witch who bragged about getting a known rapist off need to be president?

This "elderly lady" has a lot of dead bodies on her hands(claws) and we could do without her and her pedophile, serial rapist, husband in the whitehouse.

Rape is now considered "an affair"?

What about his trips to "pedophile island"?

Who did Hillary rape again? Where is the conviction in court?

Trump (not his spouse) has had real, live lawsuits filed alleging rape. His X-Wife Ivanka and a wife of a former business partner.

What about his trips to "pedophile island"?
...You mean Jeffrey Epstein? Trumps good friend? Who he has been photographed with, socialized with, spoken favorably of and partied with...all public record?..The same Island of which a woman just last week claimed she was raped by Trump and Epstein at when she was 12 years old?

Good luck with this strategy...

You said "a man that had an affair", he's a serial rapist, that's not "an affair" in most peoples book.

As for Epstein trump met him once in Florida, at least that's what he's saying. I havent seen anything to the contrary.

Serial rapist bill Clinton flew 17, THATS 17, times on convicted pedophile Epsteins private jet, and went to his private pedophile island.

How much do you get paid to look the other way for pedophilia? Or serial rape?

I get the whole "go blue team" mentality, but I mean no ones this gullible right? Theres got to be money involved.

I see you saying "serial rapist"...but no hard evidence to support that claim? Trump has court documents and lawsuits claiming he is a rapist.

As for Epstein trump met him once in Florida, at least that's what he's saying. I havent seen anything to the contrary.

Then maybe you should actually look?

Alessi testified that Trump would come over to Epstein’s home for dinner — though he added that Trump “never sat at the table” but instead ate “with me in the kitchen.”

In another deposition, Epstein’s brother Mark testified he once flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane with both him and Trump, who were “friends.” Asked why Trump was on board, Mark Epstein replied, “You’ll have to ask Donald. I think he wanted a ride back to New York.”

In 2002, before those allegations surfaced, Trump told New York magazine that Epstein was a “terrific guy” who he had known for 15 years. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
