Pretty sure Bill Clinton's doodles prove Guccifer hacked into Hillary's server.

True. The people she forwarded CF emails to also worked for the CF. What's the problem?

The problem is you claiming that CF emails were private property of Hillary Clinton... the moment she forwarded those to state.gov emails, they became work related until determined not to be, by the SD not Hillary Clinton.

Just think...if Hillary had just used a state.gov.... she would likely be the next president.... now she is headed for prison resident.

As the world turns, so go the days of our lives..........

Again, it was classified.... but that is ok since it is CF Business correct? That your story now?

Do you not understand how classified information is to be handled, stored, transmitted, etc? You seem to be severely lacking in knowledge of these matters.

Hillary Clinton sent Sidney Blumenthal classified email. Doesn't matter what it was about... just that is is classified is all that would be necessary for conviction.

And she handed them over to investigators when asked. Again, what's the problem?

That is what you desire, but if the investigators approach the issue as you and many others have, she will walk free as a bird. Your assertions and claims of 17 classified emails, etc, were easily refuted and reasonable doubt was easily established, even without access to the all of the information.

Imagine what Hillary's lawyers could do?

Not for CF foundation communications. The US government has no right to them, unless under investigation and they were handed over when they asked.

Your wrong on that one too. Clinton Foundation did get the subpoena.
www.cnn.com...

That is when they were classified. That does not mean they were sharing SD info that was already classified. There is an important difference.

Only in your mind. The FBI that is investigating her puts this up
there with Terrorism investigations. Because her excuse it was not
classified at the time is a word game, just like her word games
that this is a "security review". That is all a bunch of stinking B.S.

FBI Director - No Such Thing As A Security Review - This Investigation is Comparable To Terrorism Investigatoins

That "fact" is still a point of contention. It's not as cut and dry as you think. If it was, charges against Hillary would be a foregone conclusion, but it's not.

It remains to be seen what she will be charged with. Fact is, the 22 emails on her
server are so TS that she would need a SCIF to view them legally.

You have spouted so much ignorance over your pet Hillary, its laughable.

I've already explained that twice. Do I really have to go over it again?

Do you not understand how classified information is to be handled, stored, transmitted, etc? You seem to be severely lacking in knowledge of these matters.

Yes, but it appears you do not understand that not all information that the government WOULD classify if it was in their hands, is in their hands. Again, corporate intelligence. It belongs to the corporation.

If that corporation were to be investigated and hand over emails which contained that intelligence, the government would classify it.

In doing so, that DOES NOT mean the corporation was in possession of classified government intelligence.

That's elementary. Surely you can grasp that.

Hillary Clinton sent Sidney Blumenthal classified email. Doesn't matter what it was about... just that is is classified is all that would be necessary for conviction.

Clinton sent an email that contained CF intelligence or content that the government decided to classify once they got their hands on it. Refer to my previous example.

So all the classified emails have been easily refuted... by who you?

You got a link that says everything found on Hillarys server was classified after the fact? Amazing...

Post that link... but if it doesn't start with www.fbi.......don't waste your time or mine.

Post away your 100% proof that all of Hillarys emails were classified at some point and time after they left her possession

How much do these people get paid to post this pro Hillary crap? I might turn pro Hillary (for financial purposes) while I can for the next few weeks and make a couple of bucks.

Exactly. They had to subpoena the CF because it was not government property and the court had to approve that request. Once they got the requested info, they began classifying it for investigative and FOIA purposes.

Only in your mind. The FBI that is investigating her puts this up there with Terrorism investigations. Because her excuse it was not classified at the time is a word game, just like her word games that this is a "security review". That is all a bunch of stinking B.S.

Their approach to the investigation is not indicative of guilt.

I've articulated my point very well, I believe. I've refuted everything that has been thrown at me so far.

Don't start with the personal attacks because you can't seem to keep up with common sense and simple logic.

Even if it were true....
It doesn't matter.

Hillary had the ability, as Secretary of State of the United States to generate classified information. She talked to foreign leaders, in person. They could impart information to her that by its nature would be classified. Just because no one slapped a header on it doesn't make it 'unclassified' material.
She understood that and signed a paper to acknowledge that fact when she started her stint as SOSUS.

Not all. I did say one was very questionable. The list of emails you provided can easily be tied to work the CF does in foreign countries. Remember, the server was used for CF business as well.

You got a link that says everything found on Hillarys server was classified after the fact? Amazing... Post that link... but if it doesn't start with www.fbi.......don't waste your time or mine.

I didn't say everything. You are creating a false narrative.

Again, I didn't say all. Another false narrative.

Again, you are turning to personal attacks. Refute my statements or keep you childish tactics to yourself. That's two of you now going for personal attacks instead of logical discussion.

That made my day! Thank you Mr. Comey... My faith still runs strong that you will do the correct and right thing.. hearing you say that makes me feel like you are still on the right track.

Yes, you needed an official from the FBI to remind you that the FBI does investigations?

That's what they've been doing this whole time.

This after the fact classification stuff kills me.
What a lame excuse.

Imagine an American CIA operative in China gets his hands on blueprints for a new secret weapon that China is developing. He puts the blueprints on Facebook.....

But he isn't guilty of any wrongdoing.....
Because they weren't marked 'Classified'.

Only after she released the emails after she left office.

Many people would disagree with that.

No, because you are trying to compare two different situations that are not comparable. Apples and oranges.

And why are people resorting to teenage rhetoric and debate tactics?

I thought you were a grown man. Why do you talk like a teenage girl? Can't do any better?
