Alleged high strangeness has been worthy of discussion before regarding the mountains in Romania. While General Emil Strainu's information comes from another party who wishes to remain anon, that doesn't negate that this area has long had apparently bout's of weirdness.

This guy looks more like a sandwhich artist, and by that, i mean he looks like he is an artist at eating sandwhiches. My biggest concerns about the video are

1) the narrator sounds like the spirit science guy.

2) aliens don't have to register their humvees or get license plates? That seems unfair. We drive on the same roads. I bet his taxes are lower than mine too. Sheesh. And did you see how dry his skin was in the drawings?
