Hi,

I don't want to bore everyone here with my life story - which without doubt promises to be less interesting/exciting than that of many here. So, in short, my name is Jeff and my forte is foreign languages. My cover job is that I'm a translator - anything else I do will remain a secret...for now.

I'm glad to be here and can't wait to start participating in vibrant debates. So long as they remain civil.

Kind regards to everyone,
Jeff

Our most civil-ized welcome to you. For future reference, if you feel like sharing, what language(s) do you speak?

Could be helpful to translate foreign language content.

Hello...indeed, I also use "-ized." Well, I speak several languages (to varying degrees of impressiveness) - but for the purposes of translating, I would be comfortable with translating from German into English (US).

yala

It's great to have another addition. Have you any experience in ancient languages that might help some of our archeology threads and fans?

Either way, great to have you.

Cool. My mom was born and raised in Germany. She's done some translating, too.

Hello Jeff, it is so nice to meet you. Here is your new uniform

Please take care of it as you will have to pay for replacements. Orientation is at 9, don’t be late. It is in the room with the Red Door. Do NOT under any circumstances open the locked door, there will be no one to come save you. We will simply relock the door. Now, about the life stories….we have story hour at 8 and then everyone goes to recess…
