Adventures With Chuck

Dear Friends, Future Friends and Fellow Lovers of the Unknown.

Names Chuck, you can call me Chuckster, as you guessed yes big Supernatural fan indeed. Other than that, I enjoy the read, the writes and the wondering wonders that ATS has to offer.

Like my series double, I too enjoy to put pen to paper and words to keys. So, you will be seeing some shorts, some longs and a lot of WTF (Wow That's Fun!); No seriously, Wow That's Fun - What were you thinking?

Either way, nice to meet you all! I do drink a single malt on occasion so stay out of my way or join in

Recently purchased a typewriter, had to bury the old one. It got a bit messy lots of tears shed and tissues used in the remembrance of the good and bad times we had. Mostly lots and lots of tissues I had to wipe away the stained blood that was the Ol'Faithful's ink, it was an accident and we'll leave it at that!

Great to be here! Just a slight inquiry - Why so much doom?

Seriously, I just opened one section of the community forum, and instantly closed it without even opening any threads. The titles alone left a deep emotional scaring, kind of like the time I fell into the toilet with the sinking cold feeling of being assaulted from all fronts.

I've never seen so much doom in one place

That had its own doom(?) vision, reminded me of The Shining, sort of…

But anyway to answer you query. This is supposed to be a conspiracy site, we drag the dirt out from under the covers here, turn up the corners of the rugs, dig through dark closets. All that warm fuzzy stuff people do real world is great, stands of its own accord.

Here we entertain other real world. We want the truth, we want to discover the dark recesses that affect everyone, not so warm and fuzzy. Expose that, make everyone aware of whats occurring behind the scenes kind of thing.

Altruistically, you can take a lot of that with the same tongue in cheek you do at the tabloids at the supermarket checkout.

So it sounds more sensational than it is. There are thoughtful people her though, with broad knowledge of many subjects not covered in the mass media. I think you'll find some of whats called doom porn is just people wanting to know the truth. They may even share an experience or two.
