when i bought my font color from the store, it told me to enter a pixel something, i dont know what that means. so i clicked the the pixel help link,
and it comes up as an error. just thought you guys should know.

What it's asking is for you to enter a hex code for the color you want. Until the color help page gets back up you can use this page to pick a color. (Click Here) Find a color you like and then copy the Hex Code and past it into the prompt on ATS that is asking you for your color choice.
Examples:

Brown = "A52A2A"
