Yes of course but it never happens..I should say rarely happens. We have seem many vids here of LEO watching their buddies break the law and never intervene, it's not hard to question the validity of "most cops being good"..indifferent perhaps for the most part, I'm sure they believe they are good. There are some exceptionally good LEO..probably the same ratio as the exceptionally bad ones..the rest are filler.

As a bonus the fired cop will more than likely be hired by another Dept.
