What the hell are you talking about? Why are there telephone poles a block apart just about everywhere and why are there electrical wires and cable wires on them?

Each cell carrier needs a certain amount of towers a specific distance apart based on the wavelength of the frequency they use. If you're so paranoid about somehow being monitored through these sites maybe you are doing something to feel guilty about or paranoid about.....

Maybe you need to hide under a rock or find yourself a Walden like Thoreau.....

Err, although of course the tech is a bit different. Wire is kinda too heavy to drape for miles without support.

Although at frequencies of 900 & 1800(or 1900)Mhz that would put them pretty close together, as those frequencies have wavelengths of ~330 mm and ~170 mm.
