Voice to word message for Iphone 4, 5

Is there such an app for this purpose?

Sometimes I send long phone messages and I'm not good on phone typing so I was just wondering if there is such a program.

Do you mean other than the message app that is already on these phones, I find the existing message app ok.

Im pretty sure dictation is on both Iphone 4 and 5

My apologies, it seems I did not explain adequately.

Sometimes I send long phone messages and I'm not good at typing in the standard Iphone message app so I was wondering if there is a program that will enable me to talk into the phone and my voice converted to text have it come up in the text section of the Iphone text box, ready to send as a message.

There is a little microphone icon next to the space bar

I have iphone5 it was not on the 4

it is on both I just looked it is there on 4 too on mine (my bad) I didn't install anything

Almost every app that has edit ability can also voice to text.
