I don't know how I missed this thread, usually I love reading about this Cult, waiting with baited breath for it to implode.

To answer your post I guess it was a unique trademark-able name, the rest is history ( litigation wise).

To be honest is it any worse than the "treatment" for cancer called "chemotherapy"? I don't see many happy survivors of chemotherapy.
