Do those countries sell and consume a lot of American products? Coca cola, gmo's etc. ?
Also , I think we Americans have way more time on our hands to think and dwell on things than many countries. That might account for some of it.

Check out the Lord's Prayer, Isaiah 11:7, judge not lest ye be judged - and anytime the word "judgement" was in the Bible is now "judgment".

I'm in the UK too, but I have lived in several countries when I was younger. I have never experienced the Mandela effect at all but I did say in a previous post it seems to be an English speakers phenomenon. Who knows? I do remember things as they are now, and my personal opinion (which is not very popular on these threads lol) is that it is the English pronunciation that's responsible for the Berenstain bears and Interview with the vampire.

I actually remember very clearly Mandela becoming president in 1994.

Well I never saw snow white, but mirror mirror is super common expression on my language and its a direct reference to snow white, i searched for the movie and it does not say mirror mirror on the wall it says magic mirror, in my own language it says something different... but if you go to the source:

"Spieglein, Spieglein an der Wand, Wer ist die Schönste im ganzen Land?"

which translate from the original as

"Mirror Mirror on the wall,
Who's the fairest of them all ? "

Too many versions of the same thing, folklore, everyone know things as facts but never really care to check their sources.

Mirror mirror is the only think i can think on my own language that is like Mandela effect, I always assumed it came from the movie and not the books, but I assumed this without even seeing the movie in the first place, meh perhaps the timeline is changing, perhaps we assume too much of what we really know for a fact

Disney just made a movie - Descendants which are the children of the evil characters of Disney - The Evil Step Mother - Snow White - her daughter sings "mirror mirror on the wall whose the baddest of them all welcome to my wicked world"

Interestingly that is not the only mandela effect Disney movie - Cruella Deville has changed - De Vil now - there are additional songs on Aladdin -

There are those of us that remember that Rock of Gilbratar being in the damn sea - so when we were looking at a map and saw it CONNECTED to land we were like wth - even Kanye wrote a song about having to get to the rock via water.

Do you remember the missing portrait of King Henry with the turkey leg? I can still see it clear as day - he had own a brown vest, a maroon brocade "overcoat" black hat with the gold coins around it - turkey leg in the right hand left side of the portrait. I can't find that portrait anywhere. And I'm not the only one that remembers it - and I have heard three or four different descriptions of that same portrait.

wonderful comment by the way.

If I go to the store for one thing, I go in, going "no looking at the shelves no looking - just get what you need" - or else I could spend hours looking at each box/can/item to see if it to changed.

The store - that sells shoes- Payless Shoe.....what is the rest of the name of that store - and hint, it's changed three times for me - my reality, this reality, and now it changed yet again.

Now it is blaring white - my family has blue/green/hazel eyes - and so always has sunglasses - now with me - with brown eyes - its like - I hate being in the sun because it is so BRIGHT.

Nah, people knows that snow white equals to mirror mirror, but at the same time they remember snow white as the disney movie, so when they see this



They question their reality, but most don't remember or know that snow white was not created by disney, the original story published in 1812 does say mirror mirror, and most of the reproductions and other versions does say mirror mirror, they may know the mirror mirror by folklore and they just fill the blanks and believe that in the disney movie was originally mirror mirror.

If things change the book would be different too dont you think?

That is like a "iconic statement" just like it was Luke I am your father - or We're going to need a boat- or Hello Clarice - which are now all changed -

My book now says Magic Mirror -

If I had to go to court to prove any of the changes, to show one shred of evidence of any of them - I couldn't - but I would DIE for what I remember, and I have never backed off on any forum of what I say. I went through - and just for those memories I would DIE for - I typed them up last week - four pages single spaced and it continues to grow.

I'm a skeptic of conspiracy theories anyway. But some people buy EVERY ONE! I know there are some real conspiracies, but I would consult Occam on this one... I even believe in the possibility of alternate realities, but this Mandela Effect thing can be explained MUCH easier by faulty and mistaken memories, IMO.
