His eyes flung open and he pushed the whore onto the floor.

"Sister" He exhaled.

I haven't read the books actually.
I loved what you just wrote, but then again I am a Game of Thrones addict (no kidding).
As for those two together? Well, they're twins.
I have twins...although they're girls (identical). Still, as a mom...yeah it's yucky.
But forgetting the mom label for a minute...I could definitely write some hot weird wrong stuff, hehe....

I'm so sorry about your kitty. I've had to have a few fur babies put to sleep, and the last was my albino ferret (I howled like a wounded bear...she was my girl.)
