I was just thinking about how much this TV must weigh. I moved a 42 inch Plasma TV and the thing must have weighed like 70 lbs much heavier then I thought.

The weight sounds about right for a 42; however, I would be more worried about the price and brown out since they have moved back the manditory switch to HDTV. In addition one of the major players Toshiba has already announced they plan on ending their plasma models saying they are switching to LCDs. Kind of makes one wonder if plasmas will be around that long.

LCDs and DLPs also are half the price with a decent picture, but each new model seems to be getting better picture wise. Also each new model seems to have a larger size at a cheaper price.

Man thats crazy I remember last year the released a 80'' Plasma TV and it cost $45,000. This one going to cost like $60-$80K I bet
The picture in picture would be bigger then some people's TVs.

I wonder whos going to be the first rapper to have one of these in his crib. rolling on 26s'' with 102'' up in the house

If I could go back in time, I would buy this TV and sell it to anyone that was ready to buy the plasma.
