You hit on the key idea: sleeper cells of terrorists. They will be the trigger that allows government to abolish all freedoms and institute absolute surveillance of everyone at all times. They have to get here somehow (or in to Europe) and this mass immigration is nothing but a cover for them to sneak in.

I can see it now ... "Germany to enact prototype a shower camera/ intercom to be implemented in motels globally after the Muslim patronage symbolically cristens shower drains across the globe as a sign of the times at hand. Shlt is hitting the drain. " the intercoms would be for bit ching at people in the shower/ wake up calls etc. Beware new "tech"

On a side note: are the military vehicles staying on the flat-beds on the railway lines, or does each and every US town now have an equal share of all vehicle types ?

i ask because if the US military 'knows' that the USA is going to be hit with maximum scalar weaponry, splitting America apart along all major geological fault lines, rendering all railway lines and highways useless; it then all fits into place why the main attack vehicle is a tank.

Tanks can traverse land and don't rely on roads. Hence once JADE Helm knows what the USA has been split into via earthquakes, it will be able to handle terrorist hot-spots where its' vehicles-on-standby are situated.

Example.
Town A-B-C will have an equal distribution of hardware, personal and supplies when all 3 towns are literally split apart once the earthquakes begin.

I remember thinking it was like someone had turned a dial somewhere, all of a sudden mass migration was everywhere.

The migrant crisis in Europe is not just manufactured and facilitated by the intelligence agencies. It has created on purpose by the EU invasion of Mali and the sahel area. EU military forces deployed in Mali have created and steered the flow of migrants from susaharian africa, into Europe. In fact the media claim that the migrants come mostly from Syria is a complete fraud. Most of the migrants reaching the EU are economic migrants who come from areas in africa which have not been attacked by the west. Only a small fraction of the migrant flow in Europe are coming from Syria.
These migrants coming from africa, are being boarded on boats in Libya and sent to Italy by all EU intelligence and military apparatus. And that's not all. They are being paid by EU government to cross the sea.
In other words, the EU gives about 5000 Euros per migrant, when they are still in Africa, to pay the "skipper" who will transport them in the EU. All documents are taken away from them, so that EU justice department cannot send them back to their home countries, because they are de facto stateless people once European shores are reached.

All of this thanks to the criminal EU intelligence and military operations, specifically designed to flood Europe with migrants of the lowest possible education. The objective was originally population replacement and genocide against the european people. But as the original objectives reveal themselves elusive and have been repeatedly blown out to the public, their new objective became to foment an irresponsible right wing overreaction in Europe, in a ditch attempt to save the oligarchy from the inevitable upcoming economic collapse of the EU.

Even this trick of shifting the blame on right-wing parties and use them as scapegoats has now failed.

What next I would ask the EU commision. The answer is simply: interminable continuous persistent widespread terrorism within Europe.

Now it's been also unmasked as an attempt to destroy the benefits for European people and attempt to restrict EU citizens freedoms using the immigration of non-EU migrants as an excuse against the Schengen treaty and other benefits that European people have.
In other words, it was also an attempt to wreck the people's Europe in favor of the Oligarch's Europe.

Italy is now using the invented/manufactured migrant crisis to push NATO and drag the US into a new war in Libya, with boots on the ground, massive invasion of the whole Africa continent.

There's now no more doubt about the fact that the migrant crisis over the past 25 years in Italy and the EU has been completely orchestrated by EU presidents and monarchs.
President of Italy Mattarella has orchestrated it together with former presidents Scalfaro, Ciampi and premiers Prodi, D'Alema, Berlusconi, Renzi and Gentiloni. They gave explicit orders to the spooks and the militaries under various disguises to prepare, foment and support wild immigration in the EU with the precise objective of lowering overall salaries and living standards of the European people for more than 20 years now.

The king of Spain and the greek government is also to be considered the main responsible for the recent migration crises in their respective countries.
The requirement they had from the beginning was to import as much unskilled labor as possible under various unfounded excuses (e.g. no EU citizen wants to do those jobs anymore ! This is a classic)

Italy and the EU now are exploiting the migrant crisis as a trick for expropriation of private property housing. This was the plan of the Italian Communist Party since the 70s. Now being put as a possibility by the Italian government.
I am not sure what's italian media celebrating about a so called Minniti plan adopted by the EU...
I want to see when Poland or Hungary will get any of the migrants in their country.

Now even the Italian minister of defense, accidentally confirmed that NATO military ships (An Irish ship in the specific case) are smuggling migrants !
