I am not surprised at this. However, and this might sound hypocritical, but I would excuse things out of others that I would not out of her. Yes that's right. That is because, as BO X stated, she seems to lack knowledge about key things, and has been known for just being strident and b@#/^y. And I might add that this is to her, regardless of what she says, some kind of vanity project. An example is the way she blocks out reporters with disingenuous tactics. It's not that she does it but how and why which is exhibited in the behavior. She believes herself to be emperor because the simple fact of having had a!#$ kissers around. That is a sign of comfort and nothing else, and it's blatantly kind of creepy.
