I'm fairly certain the Hillary and Bill black web of corruption, if pulled down, could unmask other deeper more corrupted connections, and should be examined to the utmost for unintended collateral damage. It could be the domino effect no one saw coming. grrrrrr

Now in saying that, I can understand the heavy weight the DOJ has on them, but, they have had sufficient time and resources to get the job done.

The FBI never subpoenaed her e mails.
The attached subpoena was for the Benghazi hearing.
I was sure this thread was about the FBI investigation.
So I apologize for saying her e mails were never subpoenaed clearly they were. I don't have a lot on the background of those hearings just the key players and legal analysis of the testimony. I have that now.
So onward and upward.
Just to be clear we are discussing the current FBI probe right?
Not the Benghazi hearings.
Not the Whitewater hearings.
Not the Watergate hearings or even
The Kefauver commission . Right?
Just making sure everyone's on board.

I down loaded it. The part with the classification was forwarded to her by Sid who got it from someone named Joe Wilson.
Seemed he had the information. Was be someone who was supposed to have it? It seems if anybody disclosed confidential info it was that guy Wilson.

If you look at it again, you will find the only part that is classified is Hillarys response. The rest of it is unclassified.

Clear proof of Hillary sending a classified email to someone who did not have a clearance.. that is called unauthorized disclosure of classified information.

The B1 is a FOIA designation meaning classified information.

The 1.4(B) and 1.4(D) correspond to the executive order that makes them classified when originated.

Sec. 1.4. Classification Categories. Information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security in accordance with section 1.2 of this order, and it pertains to one or more of the following:
(a) military plans, weapons systems, or operations;

(c) intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology;

No, but the state department did release the emails that she had not previously deleted. And the FBI does, for some reason, have physical possession of her server! (Maybe they just wanted to see how shiny and clean it was after she 'wiped' it, 'with a cloth'.

You refuse to see it because it is proof that Hillary sent classified information to someone at the Clinton Foundation who had no clearance... sticking your head in the sand only works so far.

Look at the very top block... from Hillary to Sid... that part was originally classified due to 1.4(B) and 1.4(D)...... nothing else below that was classified.

And, long after the hearings, we find that even the State Department did not comply with providing the subpoenaed documents. They 'accidentally' filed some away and forgot that they had them.
