Iran is violating UN Security Council Resolutions by providing arms to their terrorist groups in Yemen. The The Houthis are violating the UN Resolution by continuing their terrorist acts. When China supports said resolution and Russia abstains instead of vetoing one has to wonder just how far off the sanity path you have wondered.

The Houthis are not terrorists. They are rebels supported by the population of Yemen. They are fighting against a government that is supported by Al Qaida and Saudi Arabia, real terrorists. The Houthis attack military targets with missiles, guns, etc. Saudi Arabia carpet bombs cities killing tens of thousands of civilians and sends in suicide bombers. Saudi Arabia is the country that sent 19 terrorists to hijack our civilian airliners to blow up the World Trade Center and Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Saudi Arabia is backed by Israel when they commit genocide in Yemen. Israel also backs Saudi Arabia with the creation and maintaining of ISIS, the army of Saudi Arabia. That is why Israel supplies weapons to ISIS and treats wounded terrorists in their hospitals. No attack on Israel has ever been planned or attempted by Al Qaida or ISIS even though ISIS controls territory on the border with Israel. Nobody cares if a country is violating UN resolutions because the UN is controlled by the United States and is corrupt to its core. Violating UN resolutions is a badge of honor. Accusing someone of violating UN resolutions is the same as accusing someone of violating the laws of ISIS.

Also Saudi Arabia are threatening to try and crash the US economy if a bill is passed to hold them complicit in the 9/11 attacks.

I always enjoy watching people, like yourself, be ok with the UN when it works in your favor / supports your position only to turn around and lie about it being controlled by the US when it doesn't.

Russia and China dont seem to share your views.
