So I looked over the AMA with Tom Delonge the other day and it's safe to say it wasn't the best I've seen. Pretty vague and short answers and imo it was more of a commercial for his book that he co-wrote.

Anyway I just wanted to know what's your favourite AMA that's been on this site?

For me it's got to be the HiddenHand AMA, the answers were very well thought out and articulate and just very interesting. I even printed out the whole thing at work when it finished for a proper read.

Dude shush go back to sleep, aliens are real, and the earth is fla... round, at least if you read the thread that's what you would gather, and if you asked why , it's simply because "I told you so". Yes, your point has been addressed, yes even I will say it was rather disappointing, however this says nothing about ATS staff as they are diligent and work to encourage these types of things which makes ATS great. so, while this AMA for many was disappointing, it in no way effects my confidence in ATS, however I certainly did not like the amount of trolling which took place which falls on the membership.

The best AMA, I agree with the above poster

Yeah I just felt a bit disappointed that his answers were rarely over a sentence. Sure they may have partially answered a specific question (iirc he did say he would just answer what he knows), I guess I was just hoping for a bit more depth that's all. Unfortunately in a public forum you have to expect trolls, it's just the case of ignoring them.

Wasn't a dig at the ATS staff for organizing it and it's good that someone like him gave the time to do it

Although it wasn't billed as an AMA at the time, my hands-down favorite was conversations with Sgt. Clifford Stone.

My name is Michael Aquino, and I think it's kind of fun to do the impossible; Ask Me Anything.

Another vote for Hidden Hand, without a doubt.

Jesse Ventura's had the feeling of a Wrestling interview. I liked that. Come to think of it, I kind'a miss the guy who had his arms compared to the Guv'na.

I have missed most of the AMAs but I guess my favorite would be Jesse Venturas. Only because he spoke the truth, and said his whole show conspiracy theory was a sham, he is an entertainer and none of it was real. The same would go for his off the grid show as well.

I was pretty disappointed to learn that, but he spoke the truth.

I wonder if we could get S.O. and Springer to do one????

I also was pretty disappointed with the thread. His answers were short, didn't really say much and in some cases didn't make sense when compared to the question. The op sounded promising and lead the reader to believe there were going to be some really revealling facts and discoveries coming, which wasn't the case. Had any other non famous member put a thread like that together they would have been berated for it.

It really had a lot of stuff that we thrive on didn't it?? Loved having Sgt. Stone here. He was SO patient with folk. I would love to have his patience.

Very simply, I agree. He answered most clearly.

It wasn't an official AMA, but Astr0's thread was... interesting.
Probably the Paulides thread though because I'm a big fan of his work with Missing 411 and his Sasquatch books, so it was really cool having him here.

I don't have a favourite, but i wouldn't mind seeing Julian Assange on here. He's done a few AMAs on Reddit, so he isn't entirely against the idea. Besides, he's someone who's work is a lot more grounded than say, Tom DeLonge's or David Icke's, lol.
