I predict you are wrong, but that's ok change is inevitable. I'm sure the US like all other governments will eventually change. However as a superpower I don't believe the US will "be gone in 5 years", not unless we have a nuclear war. If so you can have what's leftover.

I don't think the government will ever cease. Maybe something will happen to change up people's understanding of everything though. like people realizing how corrupt many of various countries are but not be able to do anything about it because people are willing to defend them for money. And we'll all live under the rule blatant corruption by arrogant corrupt scumbags.
