Skinkwalker ranch is something I don’t know a whole lot about, Yet I’ve ventured to find out things about it. But every time I start reading up on it something stops me. Sort of like another mystery I always never finish: The book The Sirius Mystery, I never get through.

I know our friend Bigelow the aerospace big shot had something to do with Skinwalker Ranch.

I will say this. What I know about the number 22 AND 2 and what I’ve heard goes on there makes me sure of one thing: I’m not going near the joint.

I would like to enjoy threads on subjects I'm interested in.

I don't understand why someone, who has no real interest, always has to bring the "slam negative".

Its really kind of rude. And unnecessary.

Back to Skinwalker Ranch.

It appears to me that 3 is sloped so that's why it seems crooked.

Nobody tried to convince anybody from anything, chill and join the wild number-hunt?
It's fun, but I tend to see mostly faces right now. Must be your fault!

I say, let the sun move the shadows for about two hours and the "2" will turn into a loose pile of rocks.

you really should read Colm and Knapps book "Hunt for the Skinwalker", its what inspired me to research this mystery. It will be an enjoyable read. I only wrote my books because I was starved for more information on the subject and quickly realized that another book from either of those authors will never happen due to non disclosure agreements with Bigelow (as per terms of the Department of Defense as part of their contract with Bigelow).

I know exactly what you mean. It happens every time I post on ATS regarding this subject. It is almost as if those who have made up their minds to be blind skeptics get extremely unnerved about this topic. It poses a threat. Those involved in the original NIDS team was a panel of legitimate scientists, doctors, police officers, military personnel, and even an astronaut. The current BAASS (subdivision at Bigelow Aerospace that replaced NIDS) team may hold equally if not more impressive credentials in their pursuit of documenting the now classified phenomena at their employer's Skinwalker Ranch.

More to the point how do you have time to zoom in on areas to that level to find that

a reply to: wmd_2008 I guess being a "Skinwalker Ranch Expert" (I use that term jokingly more like jack of all trades master of none) I'm supposed to know such questionable minute details regarding the Ranch.

Put two fingers side by side next to the red circle....... then even with the bottom of the circle and to the right ..... looks like a man setting. 1/4 turned facing the circle (2) leaning against a rock, knee high boots, hat and elbow on another rock next to the one he's leaning on.

I've been a follower of Skinwalker ranch since I saw an article about interdimensional portals in the sky above in back in the 90's in the SF Chronicle. Bought Hunt for the Skinwalker and loved it. Curious which of Ryan's books would be best after reading Hunt. Everything about this place just raises more questions.

BTW I think the number 2 is kind of like people viewing Mars photos of weathered rock and thinking they are seeing something. I suspect it just may be pareidolia

Did they conclude in the book what they thought was causing these strange things at the ranch?

They didn't come to any definite conclusion, although some of the theories include some kind of military mind experiment, interdimensional activity, extra terrestrial activity.

Looks like shadows to me. With that terrain and all those shadows there's bound to be some symbol

Love me some skinwalker ranch! It is quite a clearly defined 2 there, is it not? Also just left of the 2 is a side profile of a bird looking at the 2. In fact I can see many things in that photo...

Who knows if it has any meaning or purpose outside of delicious natural irony. But no doubt there is a 2 and a bird head there.
