Unfortunately, I'm not so sure that MSM or too many people are going to take it seriously if it comes from Anonymous.
But I don't doubt they could have it, since Sibley said he has it on 4 web servers.
And it is likely not all that safe on the court system servers either.
serving as a policy adviser to George W. Bush's 2000 presidential campaign. Cruz explained to The New Yorker, "I essentially had responsibility for all the policy that touched on law" during the campaign.
After a stint as associate deputy attorney general at the Department of Justice, Cruz became director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission in July 2001
ETA: He also had some US Supreme Court cases between 2003 and 2008, so he might have been back in DC for those.

I just realized - in my post above, note that Cruz was likely in the DC area in 2001, while working for the FTC.
The Anon screen shots are a phone bill from 2001.

I don't get how a court can block records like this legally. Whatever happened to outing corruption in a no holds barred fashion, or even freedom of speech?
Blocking any record at all, if it isn't classified, and these aren't, seems to be illegal for any court to do.
This guy, if he really cares about justice, should just leak them and then let the chips fall. If I possesed those documents, I would leak them with a 100% certainty. Not even the fear of death stops me from exposing corruption. An American has to stand for something, and I don't stand for corruption, especially not the pigs we have in office trying to ruin all of us.
Asking for cash on gofundme is suspect.

The more I think about I can see why nobody is putting up the money. Sure, it people will have fun with names but, nobody will really care. Politically it will effect nothing. Many Presidents have had affairs some while in office. So have many religious leaders. As long as you say it was mistake and that you are sorry nobody seems to care. At this point things like affairs and smoking pot so not seem to effect peoples voting habits in the least.

And why is this youtube lady a credible source...just curious
Didn't you get the memo? Evidence isn't needed for anything any more, just make a YouTube vid and the lazy masses will believe every word of it - as long as it's something they want to believe, of course.

Sibley has refused to provide any clues about what information relevant to the presidential election he claims to have. He says he’s not concerned that some citizens are incorrectly guessing about one of the five remaining candidates in the Democratic and Republican primaries.
