You're the one moving the goal posts. The UK has a state religion, The Church of England, and has no separation of church and state.

Is that what you want for the USA? You want the "American Church of Christianity" to dictate what churches can and cannot do?

Well, as you might know not all nations have Religious Freedom do they???

But the US does. So who gives a damn what's going on in other nations. How they choose to do things there is up to them. If they want to allow gays to sue the church it's none of our business. Their nation their laws.
