I am a Christian for 26 years now and for some odd reason I have always had a fascination for Jews and this was all the more reinforced when I became a Christian.
3 Weeks ago I discovered through research on my family tree that I am Jewsish for as far back as hundreds of years through my Mother.
My knowledge of the Bible states that the Jews will return to Israel and that it will eventually become the capital of the world and be the most immoral place on Earth.
I am also aware that the Bible says that there is no Jew for as long as the Church is on the Earth.
So my question is; should I do ALIYAH and return to my home and my people, or am I not a Jew in the eyes of God?

You have to ask why? I would love to walk through places where Yeshua/Jesus walked
and taught.

If you are a Christian, then you already belong to "the Israel of God", and you are already in your promised land, which is the presence of God.
"For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.
Peace and mercy be upon all those who walk by this rule, upon the Israel of God"- Galatians ch6 vv15-16

Actually you are not Jewish. Anytime a Jew marries outside the Jewish faith, then that person has broken the Jewish blood line making you and your offspring no longer Jewish but Gentile. You can find this in the Old Testament.... Torah.

Interfaith marriage is not allowed so you are not Jewish. You can become a Jew but you are currently not one.

A Jew can also show their heritage to either the tribe of Judah, Benjamin and Levite.....

I would love to live in Israel but no money.....

Keep your faith in Jesus and continue to follow him......one day you will be meeting him.

God Bless.

God doesn't care what you are so long as you do your best to reach him within your obligations as a human.
If you are Jewish according to tradition then you may accept upon yourself the obligations of the Jewish people as described in the Torah.
If you are gentile then be the best Gentile that you can be and bring the most light into this world.
be fairly warned it's really hard to get a good paying job in Israel

The Jews, according to Paul, read the old covenant with a veil over their minds, a veil which is only removed when a man turns to the Lord (2 Corinthians ch3 vv12-16).

You can open your eyes as wide as you like, but if you insist on picking up the "veil" of Old Testament literalism and placing it over your mind once more, then you won't be able to see a thing.
I have tried to warn you before, that your mind is vulnerable to the temptations of neo-legalism.

The Messianic Jews are the remnant.

I don't believe that 'gentile' Christianity was ever or will ever be a substitution for the Hebrew peoples. That is just bad doctrine.

The Jews remain God's chosen people through whom the world will be redeemed.

No not at all the Holy Ghost teacheth me by comparing spiritual to spiritual. I have no forms of Legalism. I see those who do but I do not hold that ones needs to worship on any day, I don't believe you say a prayer to be saved, nor do I see any laws to follow unless I was a Jew saved under the gospel of the Kingdom.

But I wasn't talking about the topic as much as the person who started it.

Sorry, I took your reply as a direct response to my own observations, so I assumed you were taking a "must believe in physical Israel" standpoint, which is one of the symptoms of neo-legalism (as described in my "falling from grace" Galatians thread).
I have seen other symptoms in some of your theories, and said so at the time, but this is not the moment to discuss them.

The Jewish legal line descends through the fathers bloodline.

By your definition, Jesus was not Jewish because of his ancestors, Ruth being a Moabitess and Rahab being an inhabitant of Jericho from before the Jews returned to the promised land.

I would say that if Qwerm was part Jewish on his mother's side, he would not be 'legally' Jewish.

I personally think that it all depends on ones heart in regard to things of the Kingdom of God. As Jesus pointed out, if God wanted, He could raise up stones as descendants of Abraham (Matthew 3:9).

I am quite sure that a Jew is one born of a Jewish womb, if indeed I am correct, then does the promise of the land of Israel belong to me, or did I lose it when I became a Christian?

You do realize it is one of the most immoral places on Earth right now right?

There are two distinct nationalities, religions, and races that claim the same place as home view the other as scum and treat them as such.

Both sides treat the other awful, and justify their actions because they feel the other wants to eliminate them(which is true for both sides.)

Neither is right, both are wrong. I don't think either side can win, or live harmoniously in that place.

Each sides actions, thoughts, feelings and intentions are immoral by their own religious beliefs.

I have to edit to add, I do not side with either side. I do not believe one side has more rights over the space than the other, I don't believe either side has suffered more or less at the hands of the other. I have no ill feelings towards either side, and I wish they could stop fighting. I do not now, nor have i ever felt i had a solution for their fighting. I am merely a passive observer. Terrible things have, and continue to happen to both sides.

Although God was His father, Jesus could claim the bloodline legally through His adoptive father Joseph, and also through Mary's bloodline, as well as the law which allows the descendant of a line which does not have a male heir, to be passed to the male child of the female descendant, thereby adopting the grandchild directly into the family of the grandparent (see Numbers 27:8-11 about the daughters of Zelophehad - applicable because Mary was an only child).

Here's an article in the Jewish Encyclopedia about inheritance.

I don't think Christianity excludes you from a Jewish inheritance, it didn't for the Apostles.

As I said, God looks on the heart.
