Hillary could take him, she too has the full might of the dark side harnessed and is the queen of deception and lies.

If I were Vader I would try not to get on the wrong side of the Clintons.

Luke Skywalker DID NOT defeat Darth Vader. Vader died mostly from the Force lighting from the Emperor. I would have to say that the battle(?) was actually a draw between Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader, Vader just took longer to die. (AND it was sort of a tag team Vader/Luke Vs. Emperor at the end, but eh it was the Emperor who did deal the death blow to Vader which was intended for Luke)
SO my vote is for Emperor Palpatine. Are the Sith eligible as a SuperHero??

Phoenix (Jean Grey), Professor X, Adam Warlock... I'm thinking strong telepathic abilities are the key. Probably more villains than heroes could take down Vader, as it often takes teams of heroes to take down big baddies. Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet comes to mind.
