Ok, I clicked on this thinking I'd be getting something completely different...but to my joy, this took place:

How can you not feel Ben's epic dispair in that moment? - which is completely hilarious to me

GD, that made my night! Too bad I was really, really looking forward to this movie.

That was hysterical. Koodos to whoever edited that thing.

I'll still watch it (on DVD).

Well I don't need to see the movie now. That was completely worth any price of admission.

I heard it was very good. Just my two cents.

I wasn't going to see it in the theatre no matter what. Ben Affleck will NEVER be Batman! Ever.

It was bad enough when they tried to tell me George Clooney was, and I made the mistake of seeing that. I thought Batman would never recover.

Hes been slated since hes been cast in the role,i mite look a bit like that myself if i was getting asked that question.

i,ve saw fans suppose to love it and critics saying not so good, know what? i,d take a fans review over a critics any day.

how many films or game reviews have you heard that according to the experts were crap?

they can,t judge everyone on their taste.

My girlfriend and I both enjoyed it, and I would recommend giving it a watch.

Lex Luthor was particularly underwhelming which I was disappointed in - and the ending was absolutely retarded, and pardon the vernacular but I mean WOW - talk about an unoriginal cliffhanger moment that was seen coming a mile away.

As I was with Star Wars, I won't get too nitpicky, and see where the films are taken from here.

I have very low expectations for superhero film adaptations, in particular comic book storylines - but I'd say they didn't outright butcher anything and it wasn't horrible by any means.

Afflecks reaction in that video is priceless.
He looks so disappointed.

I have heard bad things about it.

My general attitude is that "critic" opinions rarely match up to my own movie taste. If they hate it, I love it. If I don't make it through 10 minutes, it probably wins 85 Oscars and gets made into a Broadway play and starts a ten movie franchise.

It is Superman and Batman fighting for some reason...so I'm not going to watch with expectations that it will change my life anyway.

That being said, this video made my day. You rarely get to see someone's heart actually breaking in such a hilarious way...

From the many nerdy YouTube sources that have posted reviews so far I would say the movie is at best pretty good, not great. Too long, to much going on, boring unneeded scenes, but Ben everyone says is a great Batman and the action was awesome. So his solo Batman films will probably be awesome. And, how could I forget, Alfred is awesome in this movie.

Exactly. Im no movie snob and usually like movies much more the movie snobs (critics) do.

That clip was funny, right? Gigli part deux for Ben. He took it hard! Superman had to jump in and save him on that question. Lol

That was sad to watch. He really was taking it all in. Music very fitting.

As far as I'm concerned, the concept is flawed to begin with. Why are two "superhero's" fighting one another? Especially these two. And how is it that Batman even stands a chance against the man of steel? Whatever. If superhero's can't get it together, what's that say for us?

That was friggin hilarious!

He was screwed as soon as he got cast. To be fair Bale wasn't a particularly good Batman either, minus the cool choreography the Nolan movies were carried by the badguys more than anyone else.

I never really read comics much but a guy I used to work with did. He told me about batman vs superman and said it was one of the best comicbook storylines he had ever read. That was 15 years ago but I always remembered him telling me about it because it sounded cool. I guess That's why they made this film.

Also, to answer your other question. Apparently batman made a suit that required a ridiculous amount of power to stand a chance against superman. I don't know if that's what he does in the movie but that's how it went the comicbooks.

Ah, Ben Affleck will be alright even if this movie does suck (I haven't seen it yet) — afterall, he survived Gigli and Daredevil just fine. As much as I respect Christian Bale as an actor (right back to Empire of the Sun), his Batman voice is by far the most annoying of them all.

Oh my god, I am laughing hysterically. I think I woke my whole house up. I despise Ben Affleck more than anything on this planet; he ruins everything he even comes into the general vicinity of. This video is genius on so many levels. The way the music (which fits perfectly for several reasons) fits the exact time of whatever that dude who plays superman's speech. Afflecks final words. Oh my god, please excuse me while I go watch this 5 or 6 more times.
