This is the official and legally enforceable definition DIRECTLY from the us code of law and the FBI

Federal Bureau of Investigation
18 U.S.C. § 2331 defines "international terrorism" and "domestic terrorism" for purposes of Chapter 113B of the Code, entitled "Terrorism”: ... Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law; ... Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate ...

"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and
Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.

OK NOW WHAT ? Will they be arrested?????

I'd say they all deserve an ass kicking but somehow Trump would be held responsible. Protest to your heart's content that's your right. You don't have a right to cause a safety hazard or # all over others rights because you get pussy hurt anytime somebody isn't pandering to you.

Are you speaking of the protestors who parked their cars on the thoroughfair, preventing Trump supporters to get to his rally while they walk between stopped traffic holding anti Trump signs?

If so, he is correctly pointing out how people claiming to stand for liberty, are physically blocking those with whom they simply and politically disagree.

The word is 'hypocrisy'.

I'm so tired of that domestic terrorist label. What it really boils down to is labeling anyone a terrorist who disagrees with the government. The people blocking the road in Arizona are no more terrorist than the militia in the forest. They're all just a bunch of idiots going about things the wrong way.

Live stream?

I'll reserve judgement as opposed to hyperbole.

No, they should not be beat if preventing Trump supporters from getting to his rally. But they should be beat if ambulances can't get through or if someone is driving their wife to the hospital if she's ready to give birth.

The sad state of the USA

They all believe they're so morally right they have to stop people from hearing a speech. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you should silence them.

I WANT to say that it is indeed their freedom to protest, but I cannot help but shake my head at the MEANS of protesting in which I personally can not agree with or condone.

I've protested - and I never caused/did anything such as this. It is much more effective when talking and engaging with those to ascribe and explain why you are protesting as opposed to this.

I didn't stand with those who protested how they did in Oregon, neither in Baltimore, Chicago, or this. Albeit - each case each having its own context dictates that each case must be examined one their own as opposed to simply lumping them all as one.

My point being - protesting like this isn't going to help anyone out, it's putting out a fire by adding on more wood. And while we're at it, let's throw some gasoline on there.

It absolutely seems to me that this is orchestrated, or at the very least the media is using these events to orchestrate and push a certain narrative.

Freedom of speech, in my opinion, does not cover this. Freedom of being an asshole who disrupts the lives of random strangers, is not freedom of speech. But then again - I also don't believe that seizing control of a bird sanctuary and making YouTube videos saying goodbye to family members and promising bloodshed equates freedom of speech, either.

Why are people so dumb.

What part of the entire highway is totally stopped for miles BECAUSE of anti Trump protestors do you find ambiguous? No one can get thru.

Not a terrorist unlest you are using violence and physical intimidation as a means of political coercion. If they are physically stopping others from exercising their own rights, then it gets grey area i think.

Isnt there a specific law about that? About infringing on the Bill of Rights articles?

Otoh they are pretty much doing the same thing the Bureau of land Management protestors were.

Must be a fine line.
Protests are protected by the constitution. Right to free assembly. Not blocking a road I have to add. Peaceful assembly. No fights no projectiles no blocking roads or creating hazards that inhibit safety and service vehicles. Guess it's too much to expect people to actually obey the rules of free assembly or to remember that your rights end when they infringe on someone else's rights.

Blocking the road isn't a protest

Ha true. But that really has nothing to do with other groups pushing the bounds of legal protest into territory of rights infringement and violence in order to coerce political ideology.

Please stop calling these non-threatening protesters domestic terrorists. You are really killing the label for actual domestic terrorists... like the KKK.

Trump supporter are you?

So let me get this straight, armed white militia men take over a federal building and they are not domestic terrorists rather are called armed protesters but people blocking traffic, unarmed, to a Trump rally are domestic terrorists?

Ignorance is knowledge, right?

Extra LoLz because you put this thread in the War On Terrorism forum! Jesus...
