I can't understand this whole " protesting is a right" nonsense. It's a primary, no policies are at at stake. Wanna protest? Protest with your vote. Seems that EVERYBODY has the right to vote. But methinks this isn't about actually trying to accomplish anything at all.
This is all about the narcissistic, entitled Facebook/Twitter generation. It's all about " look at me!look at me! My viewpoints are the only ones that matter!" mentality. These morons act like they're so enlightened, when in fact they're so stupid that they don't realize public opinion is steadily turning against them . Amazing
Well said. The Facebook/Twitter generation description is spot on.
These people never fully research, look into the context of the words, nor analyze anything.
They latch on to the meme of the day such as "Trump is a racist" and through their social media group, they decide to do something to make themselves feel important, "smart", and relative.
When you listen to some of them being interviewed, they can't articulate anything. All they can do is spout some meme they have been programmed with on their social media groups and paint a sign. It's not just the young and dumb either. We have a bunch of "stray dog mentality" people that see what they want to see rather than what's real.
You may want to be careful, because you just described the same mentality we experience from many Right Wingers on a daily basis. It's rare that they fully research topics or context. They just spit-out the latest talking points.
Don't even get me started on they inability to articulate. So it would appear that many of them share similarities with anti-Trump folks.
Great example of hypocrisy.
The major difference between the two groups? 1 group is trying to shut down the rights of others DIRECTLY by their actions. The other side is totalky in disagreement with their foes but allows and affords yhem all the rights that they enjoy.

Don't forget the conservative Bush that bailed out Wall Street?
$29 trillion in waste!
www.cnbc.com...
Get a life and quit defending corporate politicians!
Don't forget TARP was paid back. Unlike the bailouts under the current guy.
Don't forget who created the federal reserve, and fanny and freddy that guarantee 95% of all US mortgages.
Don't forget who forced bankers to lend to people who they knew could NOT repay those loans.
Oh yeah the foxes 'guarding' the hen house saying nothing to see there move right along.
www.treasury.gov...
Have anything OTHER than 'factually incorrect' statements from Sanders ?
Funny thing about bailouts though.
That is what socialism IS.
You are defending and attacking the same thing, corporate politicians, Both Ds & Rs that have served in the last 5 decades are corps. There has been no socialists, just the corporate politicians you attack and defend!
You're a corporate supporter! Duh!

So you don't disagree with my original assertion.
Cool.
As far as denying rights, I will agree that the GOP does not act like this. They try to deny rights at a much bigger level through government and politics.
any possible denial of rights that you speak of is done LEGALLY

I think this is the final straw. I am voting for Trump. I hate the guy but I cant condone the actions of these people. Who ever is organizing this IS a Nazi. I would rather risk it with Trump than knowingly help one who is.
The left is dangerous. This can only lead to more injustice on their part.
I dont even care about the known dangers of Trump. He will probably tone it down once he is elected. He just wants to win and is playing politics.
He deserves to win.
The left deserves to lose.

What are they afraid of. They certainly want free speech for themselves. What do they gain by blocking Trump from being heard? A lot more pissed off people--at them. Keep it up, thugs! You're showing what you stand for!

That makes it better?
The Leftists are making it tough for people to travel freely during their protests. The Right Wingers make you take a case to the supreme court just so you can marry someone of the same sex or make a medical decision without their involvement.
There is an obvious difference, but it's tough to tell if one is better than the other.
