Why are Bernie Sanders supporters putting more efforts into attacking Trump than Hillary?

I really don't want to support Trump , but if Hillary is the candidate I have no choice. All indicators appear to indicate that Hillary is going to beat Bernie.

Perhaps Bernie fans need to go on the trump with Hillary and threaten not to endorse her if she gets the nomination or him running independent?

Or is the reason the Bern fans aren't attacking Hillary at the level they are attacking Trump is because?:

Note I think trump will likely suck as president and is full of 99.9 % B$ so this is no way an endorsement for him , but hillary has had her chances and is 100% full of B$.

That is why I want to see Bernie win it , he is the best of the B$ candidates we got.

I believe that's exactly it. They will vote Democrat, even if it kills this country, just to spite Republicans. The "vote your party no matter what" attitude keeps us divided. They are so set on getting their way, they will elect someone like Hillary, rather than even think of voting against their party.

Everyone thinks Bernie is so different thinking then Hillary is….HA!
Take a closer look Bernie is a long standing Democrat and they have pretty much the same beliefs. He will back her so he can be vice president .
If you think they are different look in their histories and you will see they were usually on the same side of an issue . Do it objectively though .
And if you think being Vice President doesn't matter to Bernie ..the only one you are fooling is yourself.
They both hate Trump …oh look another issue they agree on .
I would vote for Hillary / Bernie ticket. I would never vote for Trump/ Christie ticket

For as good as Bernie's message has been, and running as an 'outsider' on the Dem side, he still doesn't have the political machine like that cagey vet Hillary. Hillary might not have an easy time in the general though as she hopes to get the Sander's supporters (as Cruz says he will get Trump supporters if he gets the nod). Those supporters will just stay home and not vote come November. In one of the states Hillary won on CNN last night, Bernie won the young vote like 90 to 10. No way Hillary will get those votes after she gets the nomination.

Wrong. He is a long-standing INDEPENDENT, who is caucusing with the Dems for this election.

He will back her so he can be vice president .

He said at a townhall meeting (when he was asked if he'd settle for VP) that "he is running to win the presidency." Clinton, when asked if she would name him VP, replied, "let's not get ahead of ourselves."

So, you're wrong on both counts.

The Bernie supporters can't attack Hillary too much because they know that in a few months they will be defending her against Trump.

I actually feel for the democrats this year. They have a choice between an old white establishment person, or an old white establishment person.

I'm no democrat or republican as a matter of fact I'm a libertarian , but that is not true they have significant differences.

Bernie did not vote for the war nor the bailouts like Hillary. He is also not getting millions from the same people she is claiming to go and fight against.

The reason I prefer Bernie over the rest is because he is the only one that is primarily putting focus on corruption and conflict of interest. He will also likely have a lame-duck congress so the socialist thing doesn't scare me.

Thats what I suspect as well but that is just so pathetic and sad, because she is everything that Bernie is fighting against.

And that is the hypocritical nature of politics.

if you can't get the corruption-fighting person in, then your second choice is the most corrupt person running?

I really was cheering for Bernie to win big last night to put that corrupt old shrew in her place.
NOW...well,... I believe Bernie supporters will just slink away and in a few weeks they'll be 'Feelin' The Clint'...as if Sanders never drew breath.

Bernie's mistake was trying to appeal to young people who may have had good intentions, but wanted to catch that episode of the walking dead and pop a xanax after a "long day" of classes and just chiiilllllll

If I'm not mistaken, it's the Republicans who insisted on having all their candidates sign a "loyalty pledge." You know, the one they're all choking on now that Trump's nomination seems all but inevitable.

I haven't decided what I'll do if Hillary wins the nomination, but if I end up voting for her, it sure as hell won't be driven by loyalty to a political party.

The only reason I'd vote for her would be out of concern over future SCOTUS appointments that will probably occur during the next presidency.

At least we can try to replace her in 4 years.

The one thing I want even less than another Clinton presidency is another Scalia on the Supreme Court for a lifelong term.

You're really acting like the Democrats are doing something wrong here?

We're going to vote against a guy that wants torture (inhumane and most ineffective way to gain information), wants to torture/kill families of 'terrorists, is actively pushing an anti-Islam rhetoric that he'll most certainly act on, clearly thinks women are inferior to men, etc, etc.

No matter how corrupt anyone his, Trump is 1) More corrupt (i have no proof, but he doesn't deserve any benefit of any doubt, if he's willing to say these things, what has he done behind closed doors) and 2) a terrible person that hopefully gets murdered.

Well at least you admit you have no proof and we shouldn't look at anything you say as anything more than your own personal, uninformed, opinion.

Please take your trolling and hate elsewhere. You don't like Trump because "a guy that wants torture (inhumane and most ineffective way to gain information), wants to torture/kill families of 'terrorists" but then finish with "a terrible person that hopefully gets murdered."

Nice

Very Nice

Maybe instead of encouraging more attacks Sanders supporters should volunteer to work for his campaign. Hand out flyers, place signs,

Get the word out. Or not. I'm in Hillary's camp.

It isn't trolling. If someone is for torture, and torturing families, they deserve the same thing. He's going to be carpet bombing the middle east on top of that.

The fact its acceptable for him to be alive is the more astounding part.

Well this Bernie supporter will be voting Trump if Hillary is the choice. I'm no Democrat though just to set the record straight.

Mark Warner former governor of Virginia is looking more likely for vice for Hillary. Others includie two women. Elizabeth Warren is one can't remember the other. Tim Kaine another former gov of Virginia is also on the list.
