As per the Hill, John Kasich says Ted Cruz has absolutely no chance to become the Republican nominee despite Cruz's larger delegate count relative to the Ohio governor's totals to date.

Kasich further asserts that the convention will not chose any candidate, such as Trump, who is certain to lose the general election so badly that many Republican senators and congressman will go down to defeat with him.

Accordingly, when push comes to shove, Governor Kasich is confident his fellow republicans will nominate him to be their candidate after several ballots at the forthcoming contested Republican National Convention in his home state of Ohio.

Now we're going to get "Trump 2". He'll try to appear more presidential and less like the racist and buffoon that we know he really is after long witnessing his egotistical demagogic and bizarre behavior. How long Trump 2 will last before he reverts back to Trump 1 remains to be seen, but those who look beneath that phony orange/yellow top he wears, will always be able to see "Trump1".

Another thing that will always be open and obvious, whether Trump 1 or Trump 2, is this man's ignorance of the issues and his total lack of the qualities necessary in a presidential candidate!

Per the Huffington post, Ted Cruz places his Christianity first and America second. Yet he gives very little to charity, an important tenet of his faith, and his proposal to carpet bomb the entire M.E. to defeat Isis is not only unchristian, it is inhuman!

I prefer a presidential candidate who respects the separation of Church and State and puts his country first like John F. Kennedy did so many years ago!

John Kasich pointed out in a recent interview that the Republican Party needs to be a party of ideas as it used to be and as the governor would strive to make it again if he were to be elected President.

Unfortunately, Donald Trump and/or Ted Cruz will only make the Republicans a party of darkness!

Per Newsweek and UPI, it makes absolutely no sense why Joe Biden is suddenly attacking Israel and siding with the P.L.O. and it is incredible that he now also says he prefers Bernie Sanders big government socialism to Hillary Clinton's more pragmatic approach.

I'm certainly glad Biden didn't throw his hat into the ring as a Democratic Party candidate for President.

It looks like Biden has turned against Obama who favors Hillary, but that he agrees with both Obama and Sanders in his negative attitude toward the only true democracy in the M.E.

Biden has always had a reputation for putting his foot in his mouth. It is in there so deep this time that it will take quite an effort to pry it back out again!

As per MSNBC, Donald Trump's unpopularity is beginning to open a clear path for the Democratic Party to recapture control of the House of Representatives in November.

One more thing for the Republicans to consider when deciding whether to Dump the Trump at the convention in July.

A loss of the House and Senate if Trump is the Republican nominee was already flatly predicted by both John Kasich and Mitch McConnell.

As per The Dallas Morning news, Ted Cruz's presidential campaign is like a machine with a broken switch and it is just a matter of time until the battery dies.

Cruz still advocates total separation by gender in public bathrooms, an antiquated concept that even Trump stepped back from recently. Cruz is so far to the right that even the extreme fringe portion of the Republican Party has turned against him except for the Tea Party and the evangelicals.

Lindsay Graham also now acknowledges that John Kasich is the preferred candidate for the Republican nomination after he earlier favored Cruz. Graham always despised Trump.

As per PJ Trending, the qualities the American people want to see in their next President is someone they can trust, a respect for the Constitution and the rights it protects, and a proven prior excellent track record.

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz possess none of these qualities. Clinton has no trust at all, but she does have a track record and a poor one at that. Her performance as secretary of state was atrocious! Trump has a track record only of bankruptcies and con artistry, and a disdain for freedom of expression and assembly. Cruz has a track record of opposing legislation that would have enabled proper vetting of terrorists by monitoring their cell phones. And Cruz would violate the Constitution that requires the separation of Church and State by placing his religion ahead of his country.

John Kasich, on the other hand, has all of the qualities the American people desire in their next President!

Per HufPost Politics, it has been suggested that Donald Trump, on the basis of his campaign style, rhetoric, and mannerisms, should be called detestable, deviant, disgusting, and dopey.

I couldn't agree more. The above are accurate descriptions of this racist zenophobic egomaniac and demagogue who is ingenuously palming himself off to the American people as a legitimate presidential candidate when he is actually nothing more than a racist buffoon and a would be dictator!

Per CNBC, don't count on Trump 2! In fact don't count on anything the "new Trump" has to say at all. This utter fraud is as fluid and changeable on actual issues of policy as any candidate in memory.

The Donald is a candidate strictly of celebrity, attitude, and uncontrolled anger. He changes his views on everything on a daily and sometimes even on an hourly basis depending on which audience to whom he is speaking.

At the end of the day, Donald Trump simply cannot be taken seriously or trusted about anything he says or may say going forward, whether he calls himself Trump 1 or Trump 2 or the new Trump. He is and will remain the "Trump-Ass"!!

Donald Trump seems outraged about the proposal to replace Andrew Jackson's image on the front of the $20 dollar bill with that of the great black abolitionist anti slave freedom fighter, Harriet Tubman. This is a just and appropriate proposal that should have been advocated a long time ago and the great anti slave freedom fighter is well deserving of the honor! Trump's attitude opposing the new proposal speaks volumes about Trump and is hardly surprising!

Andrew Jackson's record as a past great American President and General speaks for itself, and it includes his important victory over the British in 1814 at the Battle of New Orleans years before he even became President and while he was still a great American Military leader. But after becoming President, he was the architect of the horrendous and nefarious Indian Removal Bill that forced thousands of innocent Creek and other Southeastern native Americans to hostile country, uprooting them from their ancestral homes in the name of American expansion. This inhumane act resulted in the deaths of countless women and children and the illness and starvation of many more innocent human beings, all in the interest of enlarging American land control and increasing real estate speculation and profit.

The above remains a black mark in our proud history and , in my opinion, it precludes Jackson's image placement on the hugely circulated $20 U.S. currency.

As per ABC News, the RNC will be meeting shortly to discuss a dry run for an open GOP National Presidential Nominating Convention this Summer.

A leading Mississippi delegate is on record as saying that his vote is uncommitted as of the second ballot and he called Trump incoherent, troublesome, and problematic. It is obvious this delegate wants to "Dump the Trump."

(For more on this topic, the reader may wish to take a look at my prior comments in an earlier post of the same title).

Per the Blazers, John Kasich is now responding in kind to lying Ted Cruz, telling the Texas Senator that it is he who should drop out of the race. What reason did Kasich give to Cruz? The same reason Cruz previously gave Kasich to the effect that Cruz has no path left to the nomination at the convention in July!

Nice to see that Kasich is beginning to really fight back!

indeed it is high time all of America also united against Trump before it is too late!

As per the Cincinnati Enquirer, Mitch McConnell, Republican, Kentucky, and head of the Kentucky delegation at the convention in July, beat Donald Trump in the fight for Kentucky's delegates as of the second ballot in the event Trump fails to earn the requisite majority by the end of the first ballot.

McConnell says that the convention is looking for a candidate who can beat Hillary Clinton in the national election in November and polls clearly show that candidate to be Kasich and only Kasich!

As per the Washington Post and Politico, Ted Cruz took 65 of a possible 95 delegates in a number of state republican conventions on Saturday, continuing to slow down Trump's momentum in a continuing effort to deny majority to "The Donald" going into the July convention.

But the Kentucky state convention left their delegates uncommitted as requested by their chairman, Mitch McConnell so they could be available to chose a compromise candidate on a second ballot at the convention.

Trump doesn't have the nomination wrapped up yet!

Per CBS News, Donald Trump is now saying that if he were to act totally "presidential", people would be falling asleep.

Probably so because if the demagogue wasn't displaying his usual ego driven antics of buffoon like stupidity and ignorance of even the most fundamental issues, his audience would see him for the insufferable BORE he really is. And that would put anyone to sleep!

As per CBS News, John Kasich expressed confidence that he will be the nominee on a later ballot at the convention, once again absolutely refusing to leave the race, and he has even started vetting possible Veeps to run with him should he be nominated.

Kasich reiterated his prior remark that the country can be straightened out and that the other republican candidates have major negative ratings among the national electorate that cannot be overcome going forward. And, of, course, the governor again stressed the fact that he is the ONLY candidate who would defeat Hillary Clinton in the Fall.

The Republican Party not only risks losing both the House and the Senate if they nominate Trump or Cruz, they also lose the opportunity to have Supreme Court justices who respect the Constitution and won't legislate from the bench. The governor points to these additional facts as to why he believes the convention will ultimately turn to him as well as to make certain that Hillary Clinton won't become President.

Lets hope so because if either Trump or Cruz ever get near the White House, America will be facing some very dark days ahead!

As per ABC NEWS, Bernie Sanders is stubbornly remaining in the Democratic Party race for President even though he knows he has no realistic chance to catch Hillary Clinton.

In actuality he is waiting for a more opportune time to get out gracefully and plans a smooth exit strategy.

Meanwhile, after sweeping the entire Eastern Seaboard from Sanders in the primaries, Hillary continues to move inexorably toward the nomination.

As per The Hill, Senator Lindsay Graham says the Republican party must nominate a candidate at the convention who is hopeful and optimistic and not hateful, and who is capable of defeating Hillary Clinton. If the Democratic front runner is elected President, all America will get is four more years of Obama, and the Republican Party will break up into ruins according to Senator Graham.

I couldn't agree more with Lindsay Graham's above remarks. And there can be no doubt who the Senator was describing as the candidate who offers hope and optimism and can defeat Clinton,i.e. Governor John Kasich of Ohio!
