I’d like to punch him in the face, I’ll tell ya,” Mr. Trump added.

I know you knew it, but I have no issues proving my point.
If you are pro first then come out and say the Don is wrong to say he wants to do the same to Bernie that happened to him.
Until then you are blowing more smoke than archies cigar there.
Trump has already said he is going to attack it if he gets the whitehouse.

So go fly a kite if you really want to say this guy is championing the first in anyway.

Did he punch him?

Besides, you never just wanted to walk up and slap the stupid look off someone's face?

Dude! What part of I don't give a snip about what political religion you worship don't you get?

Because in my personal experience I don't see that.

You didn't answer the question tho, what do you know about that officer and how he got the injuries?

Because if it was a Trump supporter, you wouldn't be asking this question!

He'd have his own wiki page and a YT vid about his childhood with 1 million views already.

Is Trump going to bring physical bullying into politics? That is dirty. We already know he is a bully from the way he speaks, but is he a physical bully, as well?

And getting back to the OP,

Bernie said this,

"I don't think our supporters are inciting. What our supporters are doing is responding to a candidate who has, in fact, in many ways, encouraged violence," Sanders said at a press conference, according to CNN. "When he talks about ... 'I wish we were in the old days when you could punch somebody in the head.' What do you think that says to his supporters?"

Well! We can see what it says to YOUR supporters, Bernie.

The old days of 1930's germany where shutting down speech with violence was the norm.

Trying to put this on Trump is like the rapist using the "she shouldn't have dressed like that" defence.

He is responsible for what his followers do with his carte blanche.

The game is on.

Keep the people fighting against the people not the establishment. Working as intended here.

In another thread on ATS, it was apparently shown that the disruptors at Trump's Chicago event were sent there by Clinton. But now we have Sanders and Trump going at each other and not watching the slimy ball. If you have more than one enemy, you set them up against each other and once they have either destroyed each other or have been seriously weakened, you walk in and take the prize with little resistance. It appears Hillary is playing this game well. If you think Trump would be bad as president, just imagine what that evil cow Hillary could do.

I am just waiting for civil war rev 2.0 with about 30 bags of microwave popcorn ;-)

No. My reaction to people I dislike isn't to hit them, that says quite a bit about you.

Isn't it convenient how they are playing right into it?

So, whenever the left does something - it's tyrannical, Unconstituional, censoring free speech, etc etc

yet when the right do it, it's "game on?"

Ah - because hipocrocy, and the excuse of an adolescent twelve year old - "well, he did it too!," are well belonging in discussion and discourse towards the future for potential generations of Americans.

Do you ever have anything to add aside from a sarcastic one-liner and emoji's? I mean, honestly - there was a time when one-liners and back-slapping (circle-jerk) posts were frowned upon, now it is the norm.

Gotta insert my quick political wit to get mah high fivez!1

I hope he does it!

Can't wait for the those who supported Trumps appearance in Chicago to be shut down, police officers injured, ambulance blocked from proceeding to justify their horror when it happens to them!

Lets hope not. And I say that maybe there is still a chance of civility and decorum from the rest of the political groups.
Naw , aint gonna happen. Forget this post

Yes. We're completely f*cked up!! While you're laughing I suggest you also keep your guard up too. Because the people here that are in charge are also spiteful and dangerous as well.

Just try and keep an open mind about the People of America in general. Many of them are pretty well f*cked up as well, but not everyone. But we have clearly let our apathy and unwillingness to engage with our political system and our leaders run amok and we deserve to lose that respect which we once had. It's shameful and hopefully we can fix it and earn back some of that respect which we've thrown away.

Oh,i am open minded i only fear that America is on the same path as Germany once was,and we all now that "normal" people of Germany were unable to change anything. I have been here on ATS since 2009 with different nicknames and lots has changed since then.
The discussions have become polarized, members are unable to find common ground on anything and it seems that you guys are divided more than ever. Your political rallies have become violent,a popular presidential candidate who has it's own private militias ready to use violence, endorsements by far right groups, racism, nazism etc. I think you guys are in for a bumpy ride and we haven't seen the worst of it yet,far from it.

Yeah, I share that same fear.

It's not looking too good for us lately I know. You're probably right that it's going to get worse before it gets better. If it gets better that is.

It sucks big time.

In truth there is very little respect for anyone these days. Whilst the US is indeed becoming a laughing stock, all that has happened is that the US has joined the other many laughing stocks at the circus. The UK is perhaps the biggest laughing stock of them all - having completely given up control of the country to the extent that unelected people sitting in a foreign country have so much control they can dictate to my local council how often they pick up my waste bin. Micro management form abroad. Totally conquered. You guys are just on the path to ruin and complete subjugation, we in the UK already have the t-shirt.

As for Trump and Bernie - they are falling into Clintons trap. They should unite, not in campaigns, but in principal to give America a choice of socialism vs capitalism delivered by administrations far removed from the current criminals residing in Washington.

He didn't stop them, did he? They were causing havoc and violence and shouting his name and waving his signs!

And bernie blamed Trump!! Now can you believe that!?

I think it's in the OP's link. Go look what he said.
