Philadelphia Police Uses Pepper Spray on Crowd After Shooting

An angry crowd in Chester, Pen. that gathered as a result of an officer-involved shooting was pepper sprayed and ordered to disperse. The story is breaking and linked video shows an incident on the verge of going out of control:

This altercation has the makings of a major clash that easily will devolve into a full scale riot.

These types of riots need to be nipped in the bud.

Swiftly.

They always degenerate into looting, burning and violence.

Once these things start, people crawl out of the woodwork to gleefully engage in looting and assault.

Stop it now before people start coming in from miles around like vultures to engage in criminal activity. (just like Ferguson).

Last thing we need is another rallying point for Trump and/or BLM supporters.

You got that right. It can go from verbal clash with stuff flying to a city-wide riot quickly. I'd be verrry nervous if I owned a business nearby or commuting and got caught up in it by accident.

Chester PA? Shootings are daily occurrences. If someone ISNT shot, people begin to wonder whether somethings wrong.

A crowd gathering around a shooting is nothing new.

The real problem is that there are too many people with cell phones that can document the event.

Nah, the police are taking cues from the Donald. Lets call it the Trump effect.

Youve got rights. A right to shut the hell up and get the hell outta here.

If you watch the video you see it's cops with their cell phones taping.

Absolutely no good can come from a crowd gathering there.

Why do folks want to try and get away ? They might outrun the chase vehicle but they cant outrun the radio . It travels at nearly light speed.

Why do people want to pull guns on the police ? They are outnumbered and outgunned. And it probably isnt going to end too well for them.
