and yet still has nothing to do with the topic. If you spent even 30 seconds doing research you would understand a "no knock" is a warrant. Please educate yourself.

* - Arrest warrant, issued by a judge to detain someone
* - Warrant of committal, issued by a judge ordering enforcement of a previous order against an uncooperative person or corporation
* - Warrant of delivery, civil writ issued by a judge ordering property delivered to a named person
* - Warrant of execution, writ issued by a judge allowing law enforcement officers to seize property
* - Execution warrant, writ issued by a judge authorizing the death of someone
* - Warrant of possession, Australian judge order to terminate a residential real estate tenancy
* - Possessory warrant, civil writ issued by a judge ordering property delivered to a named person
* - Search warrant, writ issued by a judge allowing law enforcement officers to look inside a property

In the United States, a no-knock warrant is a warrant issued by a judge that allows law enforcement officers to enter a property without immediate prior notification of the residents, such as by knocking or ringing a doorbell. In most cases, law enforcement will identify themselves just before they forcefully enter the property. It is issued under the belief that any evidence they hope to find can be destroyed during the time that police identify themselves and the time they secure the area, or in the event where there is a large perceived threat to officer safety during the execution of the warrant.

So as usual you are wrong... again.

The officer's had a warrant so you are lying by claiming they didn't have permission to be there. The officer's did not deserve what they got and your hatred towards police, while blatantly omitting info / out right lying, just furthers the view you are incapable of civil discussion because in your zeal to condemn law enforcement it takes you down a road where what you say cant be trusted.

Start a new thread and we can debate it there.

Do you have anything on the topic or did you get so incredibly owned / corrected there that you have nothing else to mislead the people reading about?

DOnt hate police. i dislike the bad ones in the system. And IF the warrant was enough the Texas courts would had said he was in the wrong for shooting the swat member. They didnt find it in the wrong. HE did get a charge for the MJ though.

As to the OP. Cops are taught psychology and how to use it to get criminals/suspects to do as they want. Its far cheaper to shoot people these days instead of incarcerate them and put them on trial. Whats sad is they drill this into the officers heads until they cannot think anymore and just react. Thats what soldiers need to do,but not cops because this isnt a war zone.

Also youll find I never shut up when i think i am right so you might as well just give up right now.

So in other words you have nothing on topic, nothing to support your claims, and you are still making false claims about law enforcement and their training. If you are going to make claims, like you incorrect swat team story, link it.
My guess is you won't, as you have done the other times you made false claims and failed to link to your sources.

No, really, you are wrong and you should stop talking.

Please come back to the topic, which is Cox's video confirming the leo version of events along with confirming how Finicum ended his life by acting like an idiot. If you cant remain on topic dont bother responding.

Who died and made YOU mod?

You are a poor representative of LE. What a rotten know-it-all attitude.

I don't think Finicum expected LE would be so stupid as to shoot him. Obviously he was wrong.

Whats bad is I already linked th e proof of th e Texas man but conveniently he forgets i already posted it. so why post links if hes not gonna look or read them i ask?

Anyway back on OP. The autopsy report released recently sstates most shots came from th eback. so th ecops in front of finicum didnt shoot him. it was a officer from behind . A tactical mistake and no no to shoot when others on th e other side could be hit.

Why would he think for a second that Law Enforcement wouldn't shoot him when he drew on them .... because he's a White Conservative Mormon man?

Actually, you're probably right on there. These idiots seem to have been living in an imaginary world of their own devise.

We don't really know what he was doing nor will we. LE will state unequivocally, of course, that he was reaching. Only LaVoy knew the truth and that's literally become a dead end.

May he rest in peace.

Of course we know what happened. What happened has been corroborated. The investigations have been 100% clear.

Finicum resisted arrest, assaulted police officers, refused commands to surrender, and attempted to draw a weapon.

He was killed for this series of behaviors he himself chose. Period.

So you imagine everyone in the scenario is standing in a straight line???

Yeah ... it's everyone ELSE here who is uninformed about reality. Riiight.

Resisted arrest? Did he wrestle with LE?

Assaulted police officers? Did he physically put his hands on them?

Attempted to draw a weapon? Did you see it happen?

None of the actions you cited merit death.

Responded? Are you only going to retort with loaded nonsense questions?

I wasn't on the scene. Federal, Oregon and County LEOs were. They have ALL stated that Finicum's shooting was valid.

It's a done deal. The facts are in. You can of course continue to believe what you want, as the Bundy Gang supporters have throughout this nonsense.

Don't change the facts though.

We only have one side of the story. The guy who could have told us the other side was murdered.

We all saw the video where he kept reaching for the pocket where he had a gun, but some people want to ignore that fact!

I watched that video a couple of times. Anyone who says they can see clearly exactly what he was doing is a liar.

That makes absolutely zero rational sense. Are you claiming we can't know the facts because ... Finicum is dead?

This is not "a story" ... it is fact, cold hard fact. Finicum was used sorely as a patsy by the Bundy Gang. The old man even stated clearly that LaVoy was SACRIFICED for their cause.

And the cold hard facts are that Finicum died a criminal not a hero.

No, no, that's perfectly reasonable and objective.

Let me lay this one on you . . .

Why did LE continue to put rounds into the truck after they murdered Finicum when there was no threat of death or great bodily harm coming from the truck?

That is crooked F'ing LE is what that is.

Finicum was not murdered, no matter how many times the lie that he was is repeated.

LE used flashbangs and either pepperball rounds / rubber bullets / something less lethal to break out the windows at the end to take the remaining people in the truck into custody.

8 shots were fired -
3 shots during the pursuit to try and disable the truck by OSP.
2 by the FBI at the roadblock he tried to avoid, where he almost killed a leo.
3 at Finicum, where he was ignoring verbal commands, yelling just shoot me while reaching into his pockets.

So your information is also wrong. No live rounds were fired at the truck after Finicum was shot for being stupid by pulling a suicide by cop.
