Didn't, and won't, watch even the trailers, much less the movie.

Ghostbusters 2 was bad enough, I'm sure as hell not suffering through the remake.

the trailer made me cringe, looks more like a scooby doo adventure

I ain't afraid of no Ghostbusters reboot. I will see it. I will keep the seat next to me open, in case you want to join me... though the majority of the rest of the theatre sounds like it will also be empty. I want to see it. I've waited a long time to see such an animal. I don't care that it's women. I want to see it. Show me the movie.

Trailer 2 .... Maximum Suckage.

When they do a remake of ET or flight of the navigator it'll be time to burn down Hollywood.

Not while Speilberg is alive at least...

Flight of the Navigator could likely use a reboot. I mean, I love the original too, but the Pee Wee Herman bit really dates it. This take on aliens (ET, FotN, etc.) is something really lacking in the movies this current generation is seeing.

About time for aliens to be more front and center anyhow. These things are always in cycles.

Well I get to chalk up another one that hollylame ruined.

They Ruined Battlestar GAlactica, and now Ghostbusters.

But that was just over the top.
