What's the difference between the Trump rally protester and the Bill Clinton protester?

Seems like both were out of line and breaking the law by creating a disturbance and by not being in their constitutional free speech area which would have been set up for either of them. I'll bet though the very ones that stated that Marine should have been thrown out, and was, probably defended the actions of the black girl at the latest skirmish created by ongoing political correctness and anti-intellectual thinking.

Just so you understand I disagreed with both their actions and find that when we do not act with in the laws we have no law.

At this point people are getting exactly the response they're expecting at Trump Rally's. The chick who got tossed out of the last one was playing on her phone and mugging for the camera on her way out at first. It should be security doing the removing, but you don't feel bad for the idiot that runs out on the baseball field and gets tackled. It's called a rally, not a debate and not a town hall. People are showing up to a privately rented out venue to listen to the candidate. Stand outside and protest. I don't know how out of line the marine was, so maybe he had it coming also but at least he was at a town hall asking a question.

That would be true if there were sides, but there are not. All media is owned/controlled by five people. They are inturn part of a big club, controlled by one "person." There are no sides, it's simply an illusion created through the use of controlled opposition.

I can't help you if you don't understand what the idea behind not supporting a "heckler's law" where people can just start creaming when a person or group has set up an event. If you think the Furgison riots were bad, try allowing the black panthers an easy access to any right wing rally. With no recourse. Learn the first amendment, it's case law and you'll understand why we have a social contract and rules.

Most of the case law regarding free speech restriction came about before progressives were actually in power.

The Marine was not man handled along with having racial slurs and other vulgarities thrown at him on his way out.

It just sounded contradictory that free speech was improsoned to one area which can obviously be ignored by the media.

you can't say those two events were exclusively the same. It looked like the Marine tried to make a point to Bill Clinton and the black girl just wanted to cause a riot. I agree she was handled differently but it also seemed she was provoking the crowd. She, additionally, used racial slurs to begin with as calling Trump a "Hitler or an Slave Owner." The Marine went after the speaker.
When you act irradiate you can expect the same in kind. This is why so many blacks provoke unnecessary use of forces by police.
I still disagree with both positions but the black girls attempt to disturb the crowd went beyond making a political point and just the attempt to incite a riot.
