I do think OBE are real. I had some as a kid. Also, I remember seeing by great grandfathers soul after he died. I was talking to him for a while once in my crib, he came to say good bye. My mom was freaked out when I told her who I was talking to. No one told me he had just died and I was like 4.

Lucid dreaming is just that. I cant be sure if there isnt more. I try to be as practical as possible, though I guess I ended up with some strange beliefs that dont really prove that. LOL

People have been taking things to feel different since the beginning. We know some prehistoric peoples ate shrooms and such. Cultures similar to prehistoric people like the aboriginals of Australia take hallucinogens-

Liquor was one of the first things invented by civilization. LOL

Animals even get "high" in some cases, eating things that are poisonous for the effect it gives.

Its not bad, though I mean in moderation and within everyone's limits.

EDIT TO ADD:
Is it a portal to other worlds I guess you are asking. maybe, but you dont need them to do what they do. They just make it easier for a non practitioner to achieve what a life long student of the mind can do. Which can be dangerous if you think about it. They dont have the benefit of years of experience and discipline.

Dont they though?I have seen some odd behavior from animals that points to all things sentient and motivated.
Dog mourning a dead pup or friend, jealousy, anger,
Not that those things are freewill, but I always say that risking your life for another is a choice nature fights against mostly. A dog will die for you or say to hell with it and run for its life leaving you to die. Depends on the personality of the dog.
here is a better example, a mouse will find food and communicate where it is in a maze to others. Lead them to the food.
They ARE capable of lying in SOME cases and keeping the food for themselves.
Choice over instinct. That to me is free will.

That is what I would call survival of the fittest. I have a question for you. Have you ever met a first time human that was in their last life an animal? I have and its astounding that it actually occurs/is possible.

I know what you are talking about.

Yeah I think so. I dont know if it works out that we are a step up from animals, or just a different path all that things need to take once in a while....but yes

And they had such subtle nuances to them that you could almost tell what they "were"

Sure. This is a very dedicated loving animal (to the human master) that has achieved the opportunity to become human (this is VERY RARE) considering others outside this 3D (4th 5th and 6th) realms cannot gain access to a human body (the waiting line is very long). I can tell what they were and it is fascinating.

How long do you think anatomically moderns humans have been on earth for?

Would you agree that the universe we live in started as a thought?

Two nights ago I was very sick. Feeling fine earlier I had said goodnight to my adult son who was visiting and my stepfather in the living room. They were watching a basketball game. I got comfortable in bed and then the illness hit suddenly.

I walked unsteadily into my bathroom and half fainted on the floor, my phone which was in my hand fell a few feet from my side and was in locked mode, had to be, I hadn't used it in a few hours, it would require a passcode to work.

I was wanting to phone them but couldn't reach it due to the excruciating pain. Then I heard a voice coming from my phone, it was my son asking if I was alright? I said from a distance that I was sick. He came into the room and helped me. I did not unlock or dial my phone.

Two hours later it happened again, ditto with the phone.

My question to you is how did the phone call my son twice?

Note: My doctor is mystified by my current condition and I have an appointment for next week with a specialist to figure this out. Usually I'm a very healthy and active person, this hit out of the blue.

I am really glad you are enjoying it.

I would say we have been here in one way or another for millions of years. On earth, current version, maybe a millenia.

I do. I think thought started it all. I posted a link to a video of unified field theory that expanded on this.

You dialed it. We are capable of more than we know.

Ever had a tv turn off you wanted off, a radio, light?

I couldnt tell you HOW, but YOU did, maybe with help from something more, but that help would still be "you".

I hope you get better. Here is some good vibes your way. Send me your pain. Trade ya.

I wondered 'bout the possibility of willing it too. Wish we could do this all the time, if that's what it was. Life is strange.

Thanks for the good vibes, I feel better already,

Thats a good subject. He is rumored to have hung out allot near some caves where weird creatures were said to have been seen

Blake created his own mythologies ... He saw visions ... For example on explaining why he had physically ejected a soldier from his garden he said something like ... I saw an angel of justice appear over my shoulder ...

He and his wife liked to be naked in their garden ... when a visitor once arrived unexpectedly ... He reputedly said "We are Adam and Eve"
