I am very glad you did not mean the winged squirrels, that would likely bring about a nice multiple shot round of large gauge needles to your abdomen for the Rabies risk, can't say I'd recommend it...good question about smoking them though....I wonder....I'll ask the rabies experts at work tomorrow

Glad you liked it. Some minced jalapeno for heat and a little cilantro for flavor mixed into the avocado is typically what I throw in mine.

A very small amount to keep it from getting oxidized but not enough where it conflicts with the other flavors in the sandwich.

Now if you're eating one you can yell out, "Go away! I'm BATEn!"

You can also deconstruct your guacamole. Mash the avocado with some roasted garlic, S+P (a little lime juice to keep it from turning brown). Use green onions instead of regular mixed with the egg, then top with cilantro as the "lettuce", tomato, then bacon.

Ooooohhh. Top the egg with cheese! Maybe a spicy pepper jack instead of dicing up jalapenos. Think I have to try that one.

Another one! How about BAT inside a grill cheese sandwich?
