Is it legal to campaign at a polling place?

VIDEO: Bill Clinton campaigns outside polling location — in violation of state law?

Today Bill Clinton is filmed at a polling location speaking from
a loudspeaker, within 150 feet?

Within 150 feet of a polling place…no person shall solicit votes for or against, or otherwise promote or oppose, any person or political party or position on a ballot question, to be voted on at the current election. No campaign material intended to influence the vote of a voter in the ongoing election, including campaign literature, buttons, signs, and ballot stickers, may be posted, exhibited, circulated, or distributed in the polling place, in the building where it is located, on the building walls, on the premises where the building stands, or within 150 feet of an entrance door to the building. ( 950 CMR 53.03(18); 54.04.22)

I suppose one can say that if this was anyone else they might be arrested?

If he was within 150 feet then he broke the law. That is nuts! Willing to go to jail for the wife? Wanting back in the white house that badly? That reeks of desperation!

Well, you will be pleased then that the anti-Rubio video I posted, was put out by the Cruz campaign. They are playing it here like mad, and I rather like the commercial myself!

I was just looking to see if this made mainstream news to validate.
Wow, just wow. This indeed is real.

Bill Clinton Campaigning at Entrance of Polling Building

Bill Clinton was at this MA polling
place, as the videos show his entourage was blocking the street,
blocking the votors and speaking from a bull horn, in violation
of U.S. Election laws.

Brian McNiff, a spokesman for Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin, said he had heard about Bill Clinton’s presence. McNiff said that Hillary Clinton’s campaign “has been reminded” of the 150-foot rule.

Aw, isnt that cute. He was "reminded".

Hey there,

I thought the same thing initially, was convinced of it...
had a friend show me a few things and now I am just watching
maybe seeing a different side of Trump than I did at first.

Like they say..."Something happened on the way to The White House".
At this point I dont think he is doing this to throw it to Hillary.

He may have a few beefs with the GOP, but heck so do I.
He may have a bigger knife out for it, I dont know.

I cant say I back him at this point, but what I see is he is
intent on winning the Presidency. And no one, no one is
worse than Hillary.

I've rallied for Rand for a long time, disappointing to know he
will probably never make it, he indeed is truly a threat to
the standard corrupted, war mongering politicians, and
The Federal Reserve to boot.

Anyhow, that's my boring assessment. I could be wrong,
wouldn't be the first time lol. Some of you I've known for
a long time, we don't all agree on everything but your are
my friends, and we agree on so many things...

I take politics with a box of salt, mostly in the wounds.

I think youre a christian calling people sheep. A rubio cruz voter calling trump voters establishment. Making fun of trumps hair while rubio wears high heels. Calling trump a democrat when your gang of 8 boy wants open borders.

Say it a few times cool. Nope, youre going bonkers on this and youre just as dirty as any of us. So look in the mirror and shut it down boy.

No argument there from me. But look at her recent ratings… you tell me who is voting for her….

Edit: The Industrial Banking, Military, Political and Media Complex. Oh, and shes pro Israel, too. Who else matters?

Indeed, it is a mystery. Pretty hard to compare actual votes, as the Dems
do it to "mask" the actual numbers ...go figure.

The fix is definitely in for her, even with her life long career in law breaking.
Every dirty trick in the book, and we are just getting into primaries.

I'm gonna say it is hilarious to see all of the powerful ones
like Larry Summers, etc freaking out over the prospects of Trump.

www.washingtonpost.com...

To be honest, it is really funny watching all of these lifer politicians
who do not listen to the people, do not do the job they were sent
there for...watching all of them cry, and whine and act like someone
is closing the day care up on them.

For this alone, I am watching it all go down, and for once I am laughing.

I've tried my best to stay away from trump as I am a Rand supporter but when certain groups of people attack him it does make him more appealing.

I read a transcript of Maher and Michael Hayden(ex cia director). Hayden is against him and says The military could very well not obey trump's unconstitutional orders?...the military has had plenty of chances to disobey unconstitutional orders these past 15 years. This cia director seemed to be hinting at a coup.
When this guy is against trump this bad it may certainly mean trump is actually on the right side as Hayden is part of the deep state.

Just went to my polling station. I remember in the General Election of 2012 our precinct having around 100ish total votes, and that was very near to poll close. I was number 139 today and there were exactly 2 hours left. The republican ballot book that they pulled the clean ballots out of was almost empty and the democratic was only about 1/3 used. The machine you put your ballot in gives a count of total ballots, and I think the general of 2008 was the only time I've ever seen it higher than the low 110's, once again very near poll close.

I read that, my thoughts were his statement reflects an attitude
of "elitist entitlement', and there are 2 factions within the CIA
now we know which one he is in.

Some area's of the country are going all in on Trump, on another political forum, a guy, said he just came back from voting in Super Tues. he talked to 80 people of about the 200 in line to vote, 100% of the 80 were voting Trump, he didn't find one other voter for the other guys.

So that would translate to a narrow win for Cruz then with Rubio in second....
