What's Going On With Lindsey Graham's Eyes During Jeb's Final Speech? (Reptilianism??)

So I decided to watch Jeb's final speech after his loss in South Carolina. And everything was fine and dandy until near the end when Mr. Graham's eyes seemed to "flicker" for a split second like I have not seen before.

I mean, I heard of Reptiod people among us...but I really need to ask your thoughts ATS on this matter. I usually don't try to look for this but for some reason watching Graham made me have to post this. Did anyone else notice this???

I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

He did appear to be tired and perhaps his eyes were watery, but nothing else seemed out of the ordinary.

Nothing out of the ordinary about Graham's eyes from my perspective.

OP, perhaps you can describe what you see rather than gesturing to a video and saying "Look at that!"

It's kind of hard to tell as he is out of the camera range a bit. He does have blue eyes so maybe just lighting or something??

... And he's a sitting Senator. One of only a hundred. That means at least one percent of the Senate is under 'their' control. Except ... this one seemingly has more influence than most.

It's called 'emotion'. The man is sad. This is unsurprising given the fact that by the time it ended the Jeb! campaign was powered by sadness, sighs and tears.

Seriously though he looks pretty normal, even if shape shifting aliens/reptilians do exist im sure they would not be concerned about human politics.

It took a sec to see but I saw his eyes go yellow for a moment right at 6:32. Kinda weird.

I was just entertaining the thought that most politicians are ancient reptilians . Feasible enough.

Aren't we looking at the dude on the side? I'm not familiar with political characters so pardon my ignorance please .

Nothing odd that I noticed. But are you watching in HD? YouTube often has some weird glitchy pixel artifacts if you're watching it in low res. (Often it seems to default to 360p or 480p instead of 720p or higher.)

From about 2:48 to 2:53ish he says, "I congratulate my competitors that are remaining on the Island," laugh then continues on. What did he mean by remaining on the Island?

Also from about 4:13 to 4:20, "He stole the line that I'm now saying which is 'That hes become a friend for life' ". What does this mean? He sort of buttered up the audience by saying hes a real humorus guy. Set the bait with 'he stole the line' and then pulled a switch at the end with the friend for life line. That wasn't funny. No one in the audience laughed.

And just when I'm beginning to feel sorry for him. Just when I'm thinking that he grabs his wife's arm because she is the perp/or predator in this instance, I am blown away by his words at 6:28ish.
