Young girl survived in back of car and saw her father and brother murdered at Kia dealership. That is so unbelievably tragic.

It appears to be a tragedy that we will learn more about as the days come.

They believe they have the suspect in custody and he gave himself up.

Naturally we have those who are condemning all gun owners for the actions of 1 individual.

They say they have the right guy and found weapons in the vehicle. It is surprising that he gave up without resistance. That is very unusual for "random" shooter psychopaths.

9 year old (not 15) in very critical condition from gunshot wounds. Ugh.

Suspect that is in custody is white male 45 years old from the area.

The Cracker Barrel is neighbored by a large trailer park on 9th street. Stadium Drive where the Seelye center is would be on the way to downtown and the 3rd apartment location and eventually to where the suspect was apprehended. The North Side is considered the bad part of town around here.
